When I first heard about this company and saw all the good reviews, I was hoping for something to quickly happen. I didn't even get any response a day after I had written an e-mail about looking for opportunities. Previous staffing agencies did not take into consideration my Bachelors or my experiences. They were giving me $13 - $15 an hour with $20/hr being the highest. I was disappointed in other agencies after all my experiences I have worked through they thought the most to offer me was $20/hr. I will change my review to a five star if this agency gets back to me. So far, this is a three star. My patience is wearing thin with agencies never getting back to me or at least telling me what's going on. I realize maybe it's only been a day and maybe they need time to look for the right position for me. I can single-handedly say that out of the 8+ agencies I have worked and the probably 20+ recruiters I've interacted with, 3 Bridge Networks is the absolute best. Most recruiters send you irrelevant roles but the recruiters here are very aware of your needs and skillset. 3BN is not like other recruiters. Even when it came to jobs that weren't through them, they helped coach me through problematic portions I was having in the soft interview process. Sahar contacted me about a permanent position that would utilize my experiences and offer opportunities for growth. After my first interview, I was given an offer letter to start at my new job in a few weeks, due to Sahar's professionalism and diligent in following up with the employer and contacting my references. Robert Half, another recruiter I've worked with, just gave me a temporary assignment and would not return your call when you leave them messages; they also would take days to contact the employer if there were any issues. Compared to other recruiting agencies I've worked with, 3BN was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the job market. They had a deep understanding of the various roles that were a good fit for my accounting/ finance background and they work with a ton of great tech and traditional clients. Don't waste your time. Scummy practices. I heard of their reputation that they are active in recruiting. Just not in placing. They will talk about giving the world to you and lecture you as if they are experts. But in reality most of the staff are former rejects from the industry who couldn't cut it. Amazing agency. They are transparent. From the moment I met with them in person I was overwhelmed by their knowledge of the industry and the opportunities they had. Most importantly, they don't come off as sales people. Most of their recruiters are former finance professionals. Update: 10/30/15: Doesn't offer health insurance. Not really good supporter. Butters you up in beginning, forces you to take a job, after that first job, they abandon you, even after you need to look for another. ________________________________________________________________ I don't know how 3Bridge Network found me, but they just up and contacted me one day and had my contact and resume already. I learned later they came from Robert and Half and maybe had pulled me among others from the database to start their own independent temp agency. I really don't know for sure. I worked with several temp agencies all over the Bay Area. This one forced me out of a temp job I previously was committed to in order to work for a company they wanted just so they can get a commission fast I later learned. They had originally told me that the other recruiting agency was "money hungry" forcing me to stick with my previous commitments before entering into a new one, and that I was able to quit and walk away from a committed contract at anytime. I learned later 3BN were the ones who were "money hungry", and really wanted to land that commission promising me false lies that this job would help me learn more about accounting in which at the time I desired to be in that industry. But taking it, cost me an opportunity for another job since I was also interviewing for other jobs at the time on my own. Now I had to juggle 2 jobs at one point in order to fulfill my commitments. The job they gave me promised a learning experience in accounting but the job ended up teaching me absolutely nothing. I was just a placeholder just so an employee who did the work I did could get promoted and then I had to hand my work I did over to someone else eventually leaving me with nothing to do, nothing to put on my resume, and a gap in my work history. After working at the job they offered me, I was told I was severely underpaid by 3BN, meaning they took a lot of the commission profits. And I asked them to find me a better job that would benefit ME. Afterall, it is the reason why I worked for a Temp agency is hoping they could help me move up and pay more eventually, but they ended up not responding to my emails or phone calls after several times I tried reaching out to them. Stay away from 3bridgenetworks.com for your own good. There are plenty of temp agencies out there who have better connections, better pay, and won't cheat you out of your career. The people to most stay away from is Casey Roth and Linda Wang. They told me lies and never worked with me on better my career. There is one thing good though coming out from all of this. I spoke with another person who temped at this job. She told me of her temp agency whom apparently placed her a better position, pay, and growing prospects for the company. She and I were entering with the same skill set, and yet she had a much better opportunity. I'm going with them. read more

Genuine group of people to work with. I joined 3BN when I was a senior in college and they gladly took a risk of hiring me as their first intern coming from a non-office, "far from professional" working environment believing that I have the potential to learn.
