Asked for estimate that was outragiously expensive over $4500 for one level in home and one bedroom. Then when I asked salesperson for estimate with sizes so I could compete and shop for better prices he refused. Bottom line terrible sales person terrible company that knows it's way way way overpriced and won't compete because we measured we ordered and will get whole house new curtains for $2500 read more

The measurement and installation of the blinds are two of my issues. My blinds shows light at the bottom when closed. Blinds will not close all the way tight. From the outside you can see the blind railings at each window. read more

So, I have to give this company some credit for improving their customer service. We had another one of our "old' next day blinds corded blinds break and they came out and fixed 2 of them for free. Can't ding them for doing that, so kudos to them for that. Of course, we had another one break recently and they told us that they no longer repair these blinds because there are no parts available for them. Oh well, our blinds are now 8 years old, so I guess I can understand that. I was able to find parts for it online and I fixed them myself. 3 Day Blinds does not even deserve 1 star ! From Designers to Managers they absolutely DO NOT care about you as a customer. Had a large bank of windows installed back in 2020 Was never offered the solar option. 3 years later and changing out batteries every 6 months, I had to call corporate to get someone to understand what I needed to change batteries over to solar panels. Only to find out the installer brought the exact same wand that was already installed so there are still batteries that need to be changed out. Parts came thrown into an old box, Not packaged from the manufacturer. My best guess is they simply installed used & old equipment, not what I paid for. Installers never even waited to confirm blinds were working properly. After waiting 2 hours for the solar panel to charge it still doesn't work. Called the installer back and he hung up on me ! Have left several emails and phone messages with the corporate office in Irvine, CA and still no reply. Unbelieveably Horrible Service ! Take your business & money somewhere else. read more

Cheap plastic blinds for $228 a blind. They immediately attracted soot, and now have to be cleaned all the time. My other blinds did not do this. Item installed took 4 weeks. Not sure why the company is called 3 day blinds. read more

I've not heard back from 3 Day Blinds. They should have both my text and email address. I've explained that I'm not available by phone.

Soon after I wrote this review, I got a call letting me know that my order was in the works. The next day, as you can see, the company posted: "Hi Michael, we see that you are working with our Customer Care team to address your concerns. Thank you for your patience, and for allowing 3 Day Blinds a chance to address this matter." I'll note that the company's response did not include an apology or take any responsibility for measuring wrong and wasting my time. The shades were finally installed yesterday. They look fine. The installer showed up within the four-hour window. But soon after he arrived, he realized he left his drill at his last work site, 45 minutes away, and needed to go back immediately. This was extremely inconvenient given the fact that I had to coordinate this appointment with my newborn's nap schedule and my responsibilities at work. He came back after an hour and a half and rushed through the work (but appears to have done it correctly). In the end, I got my "3 Day Blinds" in about two months after having to schedule four in-home appointments through no fault of my own. Suffice it to say I will not be using them again! read more

Update: I reached out per their request. I sent them an email and they gave me their general 1-800 number that had a ridiculous wait time. No resolution and no apology. One star is too much to even give this company. We started our process in April of 2022 to purchase shutters for our living room. It has been a complete nightmare! We are waiting now on our 6 install for them to get the shutter measurements correctly! This does not even count for the number of times they have called to say they are coming and dont show up because they didnt even have the product. Customer service is aweful, no one will help, one one but the embarrassed installers even care what is happening. Atleast the installers have shown some sort of remorse for this nightmare. The managers and customer service reps could care less. I would steer clear of this company. I know we will never use them again! read more

We were given an estimated installment date for our drapes of Nov 2 thru Nov 15th. The installer arrived on Nov 22. The drapes were 11 inches too long. Who knows when installment of new drapes will be completed with the drapes having to be remade outside of the country. read more

We walked in and ordered blinds. Paid to have company measure - the measuring person was 45 min later than the 8-2 window provided. Gave a down payment of 1/2 of the order. We ordered fabric that were were told would fit the blinds - never told that there were different costs of fabric during our visit. When we called to place the order were told that the fabric that we ordered was not for the blinds we wanted. Selected another fabric and that was lots more $$. The manager of the tysons corner location got involved. Told us that he would make it right. We got a quote from him via email. We told him to order. He called back 4 days later and said the quote was wrong and even more $$. We told him to cancel the order and refund. We still dont have the money back. This company does not care about customer service, back tracks on guaranteed pricing. We cancelled our order and will never return. Horrible experience. read more

The blinds are finally in and done correctly after being mis-measured the first time and then waiting....being put into the black hole of no contact and a terrible customer service phone experience with multiple transfers to go through. The problem is that I only have 1 remote that works (I have two that I bought) and all they do is send these complex You Tube videos to program your own remote for the other room but it is not easy....take down blinds, remove end caps.....isn't this why I hired a full service blinds installer in the first place? And don't even hope to be able to call the "main office"...it's a cluster. Worse yet, your salesperson is done with you after you agree to buy...so any of the frustration is something they cannot provide any additional help on. I have owned 14 homes in my life....I have used professional blinds companies multiple times....these guys are the worst so far. Maybe its just a sign of the times. read more

It has all been downhill after we placed our order for blinds. They scheduled our installation for 3 weeks after the order. (Perhaps an update for their name is due.) The delay was fine but nobody showed up to install when scheduled and no one contacted us about the no show. The woman I spoke to on the phone told me the blinds had not been delivered and offered no apology for the lack of contact. Then I received a confirmation for a second order. I reached out to customer support to find out why the order was duplicated and if we would need to wait 3more weeks. It has been a week now with no reply. They have charged my credit card again for the full balance but cannot be bothered to reply to my email inquiry about my order. read more

Three Day Blinds Mid-Atlantic Customer Support began servicing their customers. I was impressed and appreciative of how promptly and efficiently they handled my repair visit. Horrible sales rep experience. Needed to get one blind replaced that was purchased from next day blinds 10 years ago. Sales rep Maureen basically left the impression it wasnt worth her time. Said she'd let me know by Friday night if she could meet Saturday, texted me 8:34am on Sat after we scheduled painters on Friday to start Sat since we had not heard back Friday night. She follows with sarcastic text 'An appointment was scheduled.... Guess you couldnt make that time because I didn't hear back' I responded paintings started can do next Saturday as discussed, next thing I know I get a text from Justina at 3dayblinds saying to schedule a new consultant, asked when she could call, I said I'm available now, then said shes going to call me and speak with me soon. I get a robocall that goes to a phone tree, I chose existing customer since our client bought the blinds from you guys before you changed names, message plays that says 'you have reached us after hours' and to call back Monday. My parents just bought another house in Great Falls and I was going to recommend this company, now I will never recommend this company to anybody, from attitude to games to left feeling like I'm not appreciated as a customer because it's just one blind is ridiculous. I dont see how theres so many good reviews, VA sales staff is horrible. Do not recommend, save your time and money and use a company that appreciates your business and has sales staff that know how to treat people and do business. read more
