There was a huge and very heavy boulder of unmovable ice lodged on top of this for weeks. We needed to wait for it to melt. The frame, mounting and fabric all survived this ordeal unscathed. Calls went unanswered, the installers just showed up without an appointment. This can be sharpened up.
