Plus, they correspond electronically which I love - sorry, I just don't like to talk to people :) We signed the contract in October with a 14-16 week installation schedule due to COVID. They contacted us within that time frame and we were scheduled for install within a week or so of the promised schedule. They were no pressure when giving the estimate. Almost so laid back that I initially thought they didn't need the business since it was a relatively small job! However, it is just their approach which was good. The installers showed up EXACTLY on time. Very polite, clean cut group of men who worked quickly and efficiently. Installed in 3.5 hours! They left the house cleaner than when they came. Seriously :) Windows look wonderful and I would highly recommend the company.

All were happy. Skyline gave me a list of many people who had their windows and agreed to be references! They stood out because their interview was low key, low pressure and full of useful information. One house got the Okna 500 series and a couple of years later, I chose the Okna 800 series. It is now 5 years later and both houses are problem free. It is now time for me to change out my old wood windows and I am again using Skyline. Why? Because Jared, the owner, is helpful and knowledgeable and I can count on him to be sure my experience will be headache free. Don't feel like I should need to keep calling to give someone my business so went with someone else. Again super knowledgeable but not responsive after the fact.

The salesman Terry showed us options for various open log kits and price ranges. When I described our system to him, he recommended that I call a repair person to see if it was repairable for about 1/5 the cost of a new system. Although we haven't determined it our old system is repairable or not, I want to point out that Terry was not at all the typical high-pressure salesman and suggested what could be a substantial savings. Just thought I'd share our positive experience.
