He immediately arranged a time to come pick up the blinds in order to send them back to the company for repair. Other than a small shipping fee, everything was covered under warranty. One out of many instances that come to mind is when deciding on the color of the shutters, he went above and beyond to take numerous samples, walked around my kitchen comparing the different shades to my walls and kitchen cabinets. I received two other quotes from competing companies and they simply did not hold a candle to Scott.
