They didn't even make it to the consultation and here is why, they took months to schedule an appointment. The day before I was supposed to have the initial consultation I told them we needed to pivot and do this virtually, my household was sick, and because at this moment I only needed a quote. I was willing to provide measurements and wanted to pick a product that matched my damaged window treatments. The consultant then decided to say I was stupid because I didn't know how to use a website. They have generic categories with images on the website, not specs or real information about any of their products. I called their customer support number and the person who answered didn't know how to handle their employees being absolutely rude over text. I would never recommend working with this company, it's disgusting how they treat people. read more

If you are thinking of getting window treatments from 3 Day Blinds Shop Around. We moved into a new home and called 3 Day Blinds. A new sale associate and his Boss arrived showed us the materials and took measurements. When the blinds were supposed to be installed I received a notice that the blinds could not be located. They were found the next business day but I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks before they could be installed. Called my sales assistant to see if he could get the install date moved up and it was like talking to a wall! Even worse when the blinds were installed one could not be installed because of poor measurements so I had to wait a few days before it could be installed. The installer told me that usually an installer will come out and verify the measurements. That did not happen and you would think that the sales associate's boss would have verified the measurements. As a result after the installation upon inspecting the installed blinds it appeared that 4-5 of the blinds installed were incorrectly measured. The ones I believe were correct had about 1/4" between the bottom of the blind and the window wall. On others the difference is up to 1/2" or more. I just finished the review with 3Day Blinds and wonder if they will post my response. Just beware. read more

Cheap quality. Poor customer service. They do not honor their warranty. Hard to reach.

The first blind I had install last year was beautiful and everything went great with the installation. This year I had three more blinds installed and had difficulty mostly with the company that did the installation and being gaslit by the installer on a number of things. When I contacted the Three Day Blind rep that sold them to me, she just parroted what the installation company told me about the noise one of the motors was making, instead of questioning that maybe I was correct. After complaining with Three Day Blind's customer care, I received no feedback from anybody after my complaint. When the installation company contacted me to repair the initial work, I contacted Three Day Blind because I hadn't heard from them about replacing the motor in question. The rep from Three Day Blind had ordered me a new motor for that particular blind, but no one ever informed me about it. When the installation company came back out to do the repairs and change out the motor on the blind, that installer also insisted the noise from that motor was normal. After changing it out, there was a huge difference, but the installer would not acknowledge it. I was gaslit again. I will not be ordering any more blinds from them. Also, they expect payment in full before the blinds are delivered or installed so beware. Fortunately, my credit card company had not paid them yet so I was able to stop payment until the repairs were completed. read more

3Day Blinds has no customer service at all. They don't answer and do t return calls. The install went well and the shades work...until I changed networks and now it's worthless and the app doesn't recognize the shades. read more

We made an appointment online to have a representative come to our home to measure our windows and give us an estimate. The appointment was made a week in advance. We arranged our schedule to be home. The appointment was for 5:00pm. At 4:52pm (8 minutes before the scheduled appointment) I received a text from George which stated that he was sick and needed to reschedule. He offered two possible days to reschedule. I selected one of the days and texted him back to confirm. He did not respond. The next day I texted him again to try to confirm the rescheduled appointment, but he never responded. Thus, we went back online to make a new appointment. There were no appointments for another week. We made another appointment for a week later and the exact same thing happened again. Just a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, George texted and stated that he had gotten sick earlier that day and he was canceling the appointment. I emailed my concerns directly to the company but I received no response. We were very disappointed by the experience. read more

Totally not recommended. Initial order place on 6/25/19 representative did Initial measurements and another person scheduled to make sure all measurements are correct(supposedly their expert), when they came to install only 5 out of 7 fit. 2 window blinds doesnt fit and our slider blinds they place in wrong order 3 times. Now it's 9/30 and order still not completed. I have to keep calling and place on hold for so long to get a representative to be able to track the order. I spoked to Kenny leadership manager to ask is this their normal? Apparently he can't do anything either. I'm just unfortunate that it takes more than 3 months for my order, still in the process and waiting for the order to be completed. More Than 3 months and still waiting..... read more

Worst blinds we've ever had and way too expensive for what you get. The representative that came to our house said the blinds we ordered were their version of the blackout, which they call "room darkening." As you can see, they do not blackout, nor do they "room darken." We called customer service, who said there was little they could do, but agreed to send the original representative out in a couple weeks to check the blinds. That day came and the representative called in sick for the week. They refuse to give us a refund and said if we want a different product then we will pay the difference. Customer service has been less than helpful. Do not waste your money on these blinds or on this company that over charges and does not care about customer satisfaction. read more

Make sure you read your contract carefully!! I wasn't diligent enough. Signed the contract with the friendly and efficient salesman but should have read it more carefully. I ordered a headrail replacement for an old vertical blind that was broken and non-repairable. When I went to the pay my Visa bill I discovered that 3day had charged me $199 "packaging and handling" for a $175 headrail. Seems kind of excessive so I called the company to complain and their response was "well you signed the contract, so tough sh*t". Customer service told me the charge was for 3 day delivery (which I don't remember hearing and my contract says estimated installation on or before 7/6). Well, I ordered the headrail on 6/15, it is now 6/22 and no headrail. That's more than 3 days but I guess they count their days differently. I also cannot figure out how they calculated sales tax. Seems like they just picked a number. Not 9.5% if LA or 7.75% if Irvine. Seems pretty shady all the way around. Won't do business with them again. read more
