I had my new blinds installed today and I absolutely love them! They make my living room look clean and modern. I got the roller shades that filters out sunlight but doesn't close off the view, really awesome. The delivery because of the pandemic wasn't in three days but it was here in six days. The workers wore their masks and worked quickly and did a fabulous job. They also removed the old vertical blinds that were there and all the trash it created. I give them five stars and I want to give David Siegel a special thanks for his perfect measurements and setting up finance. read more

It's been over 6 weeks. NOT 3 day blinds! Terrible customer service. Haven't delivered the product. Can't cancel. Never heard from sales person. Never got a reply to my two email inquiries. Not one bit of help except to remind me, cancelation needed to be within the three days (haha) and the delivery dates were only estimated. YOU SUCK! That said, I haven't seen the product! Beyond disappointed. I will never recommend this company. Please, do yourself and a favor and don't use 3-day (not 3-day) blinds. *3day blinds (NOT 3days). You responded and told me to contact you. DON'T USE THE MOTORIZED PRODUCT PLEASE, SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE HIGH CEILINGS. They did not disclose that EVERY SINGLE blind has to be chargeD separately, every so often. The hookup for the charger, is at the top of the blind, is smaller than a pea and it cannot be hard wired!!!! INSANE!!!!! I orderd for over 20 windows, no one told me about this, only found out when the installation was going to happen. IMPORTANT: They DEMAND PAYMENT IN FULL before installation, via a long contract that probably no one reads, and REFUSE ANY REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS. BE CAREFUL PLEASE. read more

Three day blinds is a MISNOMER. You will not get your blinds in three days. You will not get your blinds in three weeks. You MAY get your blinds in three months. My story is a long one, but basically the saleswoman was awful, she didnt know her product line but was super pushy. She has to close the sale once she's in your home. She did not know what product came in what sizes. She did not know about installation or how to measure. She told me that she had to be honest..the blinds will not take three days, but 7 to 10 days. LIE! After 8 weeks, the blinds arrived and the installer put them up. Blind number one, broken. Blind number two and three, huge gaps between them and the headers were wonky. He immediately saw what I saw (poor measuring and craftsmanship) and said, "we'll order new blinds and I'll come back". He also said the woman that sold me the blinds didnt "stretch" so the measurements are frequently wrong. I was upset. I waited months, spent thousands and now I had ugly broken blinds in my home. Well, 3 day blinds had a customer service person call me with a perky, "IM HERE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT" attitude. She was so saccharine sweet I got a toothache. She said they would make it right, send a true professional to my home and I quote, "as long as you dont pick something too far out of the range of your original order, we'll get you what you need to make this right". Well, that didnt happen. I did choose a different option but they sent an invoice with another 1200 bucks tacked on. Once I pointed out that they weren't holding up their deal, they said to call the designer. I am ready to call consumer affairs or go to the consumer attorneys office here in NY. They will get this resolved for sure. I asked them to take the blinds and give me my money back. they dont guarantee anything! read more

Cannot be more dissatisfied with this product. It looks absolutely AFWUL in my daughters beautiful room and cost a fortune! Take your business elsewhere....customer service was no help and told me I could but ANOTHER product to replace the awful ones at a 30% discount....THE NERVE!!! read more

Do not use them!! We came close to it two sales girls came in did their presentation , over the Labor Day weekend they were texting , leaving voicemails even on. Sunday were very pushy I understand you are commissioned however they asked for 60% deposit then glance in full before installation ! 4 window shutters 5k I was ok with the price but when I asked for the proposal I was given a handwritten number on a brochure $4853.00 and you want me to give you my credit card ? Sorry did not fall off a truck should've read these reviews as they were right in glad I did not go with them I'm moving on to more reputable professional company whom for 5k can give you a professional written proposal which indicated the terms not terms every other phone call my district manager said etx.... stay far away read more

I am surprised that my past review was not still on here. We had a very bad experience with this company. It is not three days at all. It is actually more money for three days according to the sales person. Promises for temporary shades were promised but never arrived. We won't use them again for any reason. read more

For the price they charge you do not recieve great service. Almost a month elapsed and I had one shade that would not function. I was in the dark. I have another shade that I was told would fit behind the door handle.The only way it fits is if you force it with your hand. If I had not already paid for this I would cancel payment. This was my first time using 3 Day Blinds. My sister in CA had recommended. Michelle was FABULOUS! She helped me choose colors that were perfect. Not only that she helped me choose paint color for my walls!!!! I was really impressed. Installation was painless as well. read more

I'm afraid I have to reiterate my previous review. Whoever watches these Yelp reviews for 3-Day is very good. That person did what he could for me very quickly but the people who actually measure/order have been terrible. When the new blind finally arrived it was about a foot too wide for the window! Just not even close to the right size. That was early June. it is now August 11 and i haven't heard word one about my blind from anyone. 3 Day Blinds has taken 150 days plus and counting to install one blind in a standard size Andersen window. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't EVER use 3 Day Blinds unless you want a headache. They screwed up my order, installers are sub par, the products are sub par, customer service is incompetent and uncaring. They play games with reviews, as I blasted them on Facebook and they removed my post and blocked me from posting, so it looks like they have rave reviews. My order still isn't correct over a year later. They never completed my valance properly, and I don't have one operable remote for my automatic blinds. They wore me out and I gave up. The one star is for the designer.. I was having my dad's 80th birthday party at my home in November. I selected this company with the promisee of a quick turnaround. Made my purchase (in Octomer.) Well...4 months later the order was completed. And it was only for 2 Windows! Received the wrong items a few times, the first installer spent 4 hours at my home trying to put up a kitchen shade and left it unfinished, There are too many problems to list. So I originally gave 3 Day Blinds a review and have since revised it. They did work with me to correct the problem. They are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive- even with any deal they offer. MAKE SURE YOUR DESIGN CONSULTANT was used previously by someone you know and that they were happy. There are too many variables that an inexperienced design consultant can mess up. read more

I had ordered verticals and originally not happy with the process from start to finish. Called customer service and explained how I felt. I even heard from the corporate offices in CA. How many times can you say that about a company. Well they fixed all my problems and rehung the new blinds. This will be downgraded to a one star if I don't get my re-ordered blinds this week. I had such high hopes for this company -- it was so easy to make an appointment, I had a designer come out who made it easy to choose my product and had good ideas.............. then 2 of the 5 blinds I ordered came in wrong -- and 3 WEEKS AFTER THE "REORDER" NO ONE CAN FIND MY REPLACEMENTS!! The toll free corporate number is telling me they were delivered to the installer, the installer is telling me they were supposed to be delivered to me, and my designer appears not to know how to get a hold of her own company.,,,, she keeps telling me she reaches out to them and doesn't hear back --- so now I am playing quarterback between installer and corporate. Frustrating. I have a baby due this week, and one of the reasons I chose this company over others is their quick turnaround promise. I really hope someone finds my blinds soon --- waiting until 11:00 ET, which is when their corporate office opens -- another annoyance that this company is trying to penetrate the East Coast Market and yet has West Coast call center hours! read more
