We engaged Budget Blinds to install blackout blinds in the master bedroom in our townhouse in Tarrytown, replacing the draw blinds that had been there previously. When we first contacted Todd Greenberg of Budget Blinds in Ossining he was extremely responsive and arranged a prompt evaluation visit. He brought with him samples that allowed us to make a selection for both the blinds and for replacement sheers in both the master bedroom and the living room. He fully laid out the timing considerations with regard to ordering the blinds and arranging delivery and the resultant timing corresponded fully to his advice. At the time of installation, the installer discovered that the manufacturer had sent the wrong blinds (bottom up only - not top down, bottom up). The measure of a firm can often best be demonstrated when problems arise and Todd and his firm came through with flying colors. They installed the bottom up blinds on a temporary basis and arranged for replacement blinds were arrived in a timely fashion and were installed at the agreed time. In summary, we are very happy with the overall result which fully meets all our expectations. Professional, Quick & Easy.. I am so pleased with the purchase of my natural bamboo shade. The process was so simple, I just went onto the Budget Blinds website and reached out to a consultant in my area, I quickly received a response by email to schedule a date and time. Upon moving cross-country into a newly constructed home, I needed to cover a whole house full of windows, and fast. It was a daunting task, to be sure, but Todd Greenburg of Budget Blinds made it easy. He patiently explained all the options, along with the cost and benefits of each. A couple weeks later, the installer came to the house right on time and worked quickly and quietly. He did a great job and we were happy with the work. The prices were good, and while I'm no expert on window treatments, I will say that a friend who had bought more expensive, name-brand blinds and shades came over and, after evaluating mine, said with a pretty heartfelt look of woe that he really wished he hadn't spent the extra money on his. I had been so bored and disappointed with having drapes on my sliding glass doors. Facing east, we had to have the sliders completely covered in the summer because of the blinding sun and heat Just looked sloppy all the time. Excellent Service by a Very Knowledgeable Sales Professional. This was a very good experience thanks to Todd. He worked around our schedule to make the initial visit, he thoroughly discussed our options, he did NOT try to up sell us in any way shape or form. He also thought of a brilliant alternative to blinds for our arched window in our son's room. He recommended shutters and I fell in love with the idea.
