He and the day laborors he hired swore it was a three day project which is unheard of in such a small space. "On average 1,000 sq feet of vinyl flooring by a two man crew with little to no issues takes 1-2 days! However, my floors are more uneven, the baseboard molding was never completed! In those expensive three days despite me removing all the flooring beforehand, taking their garbage to the dumpster and removing most of my furniture for "less labor costs" and yet they did not finish the two hours of work. How long would it have taken if I didn't move a finger? Two weeks?? Look at the pictures of the work. I got average product planks (Alex swore were thicker and a better lock but it was the same inexpensive planks I wanted from Home Depot) 3 full days to get installed by day laborers and was not finished! Remodeling my bathroom with an electrician, plumber, tile guy and general contractor was three days and less than 5,000. I am quite sure the judge will side with me after I show the pics and what I paid! Because I have no issues with paying a $100 court fee and letting a court decide.

Our Pilates…read morestudio needed both shades and drapes, and the first quote we received was from The Shade Store, which was insane, so we immediately brought out several more companies for a consult. Darby was super knowledgable, he understood exactly what we needed, and the prices were very reasonable compared to most of the competition. Because our Studio has two full walls of windows, we need to keep the sun out but also wanted something lighter for an aesthetic look and for some privacy. Darby suggested we do a UV Sun shade closest to the window, and then another track of drapes which we can pull when it's less sunny or at night when we don't need the full sun blocking. So we ordered both blinds and drapes, and both were done within the timeframe Darby initially quoted us (which was faster than the industry standard from what I experienced meeting other companies). The delivery and installation process was also great, as they were quite flexible working with our schedule around all the other work being done in our studio. Stretch the installer was wonderful. The final result is absolutely beautiful, and one of our instructors just today said "I feel like I'm in a spa." I met with 5 different local companies and I can 100% recommend this one and if we build another studio or need something done for our house there is no question we'll be back :)

The owner, Dan, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose a durable, carpet that works perfectly for a basement setting. We needed a carpet that would be able to hold our rugs on top, so Dan sugested a low profile carpet. I was really hoping to get it installed withing a few days as we were planning an event on the weekend, Dan the man came through. The next day he had a team and an install date for the following day. The installation was seamless--the team arrived on time and did a beautiful job around the corners and stairs. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days.

I got the roller shades that filters out sunlight but doesn't close off the view, really awesome. The delivery because of the pandemic wasn't in three days but it was here in six days. The workers wore their masks and worked quickly and did a fabulous job. They also removed the old vertical blinds that were there and all the trash it created.
