I had 12 years problem free, then this woman, that is in the same Facebook groups as I am, starts hassling me over my bill, like I had never seen in 12 years. Only issue I had with Apex is that my can was not getting emptied fully. I learned to put the heaviest garbage on the bottom of my can, and they gave me an extra bag pick up, free. I did have to adjust for their equipment, but it has been smooth sailing with Apex for years. No street activists, singling people out for their opinions, working in Apex's billing department. I guess he doesn't realize that people have cameras. He emptied the bin, then threw it on the ground and used profanity loud enough for the camera to catch it. Nice way for neighbors to wake up. Not sure what that was all about. Will see if it happens again.

I remember spending hours there, in all kinds of weather. These days, as I clean out his old buildings and sculpture part graveyards, I find myself back at Burcham's returning some of that very same metal. What comes around goes around. Angie in the yard is really fun to work with and, and Mitch and the other guys always have a smile on their face. Very Fair, Professional, Clean yard with a great group of folks helping you out. Seven years ago we hired McKenzie Disposal to remove some wood debris from a job site, the total…read morecost for this service was supposed to be around $200. After they removed the dumpster, we were shocked to get a bill for around $700! When we called, they said the home owner put a garden hose in the dumpster, so it was no longer wood debris, and they charge $500 more for garbage than they do wood. Rather than asking me to remove the garden hose, or spent five minutes themselves removing the garden hose they just decided to charge an extra $500. I called the owner and asked him why they did this, and he just offered to split the difference and only charge me $250. Okay, I'm still not happy but I appreciated the offer and promptly paid. Fast forward seven years, and I call to order another dumpster, and the owner tells me that for seven years he has been upset that he gave me a $250 credit, and that he will never again work with me again. Anyway, the guy seems to generally run a pretty disorganized and unprofessional business, if you have any other options I would suggest you use them.
