Unfortunately that was not the case, upon arrival into the store the manager informed us that he took it upon himself to call the state trooper on us rather than knocking on the door to ask if we were going to rent from them. As we entered the store three teenage employees greeted us. As we waited to rent from the manager he came in and stated he called the state troopers and they were on the way. Calling the police on a couple who is about to spend a good buck on your establishment is extremely unprofessional. We could tell we were not welcomed so we said "Have a nice day!" The manager proceeded to follow us at and scream profanities at us. To whomever owns this establishment please educate your staff.

I came in to drop off my snowboard for repair and after looking it over the next day, they told me the honest truth that it was a bit too of a complex repair for them to trust that it was stick long term. They suggested for the price it would cost to make it perfect, given the year of the board (2017), I'd be better off getting a new board and pocketing the difference. I appreciated how up front they were and headed their advice! I'll be running the board through it's final paces this season and getting a new one come spring. The process was a bit confusing, basically you need to buy your ticket inside prior to rentals - so do not make the same mistake as me and wait in rentals line before purchasing tickets. They have quite a few runs from greens to blacks. Undesignated forest runs as well. We went on a Saturday and the lines were not too bad. Part of the mountain was beginner friendly, and the other part was more 'advanced.' The parking sitch wasnt too bad, easy parking in front but I recommend getting there early if possible.
