They require a lift ticket even if a kid only does lessons. Fine. What's not fine is they never told us about the less expensive bunny-hill-only ticket (about $31). Instead, about 30 kids in our group bought the full-mountain ticket (about $60) even though many only used the bunny hill, or didn't ski beyond lessons. When you're coordinating a kid-heavy group, that omission doesn't feel accidental. It feels like they kept quiet so we'd pay more. Not nice at all. They need to do better.

Brought my 86 year old grandfather here to get his first laps on the year in. This was my first time here thanks to being an Indi Pass holder. We both had an enjoyable time. T We took five runs then went inside for some food. Prices were manageable. As I was eating I watched the line at the register grow into the line to get food, happy I wasn't in it. We took a couple more runs and called it a day. Personally not a place I would come by myself. Terrain is not at my difficulty, and for the same drive I could be at bigger mountains. But, would not deter anyone from coming and would absolutely recommend here as a place to ski! Sunday 1.4.26

To us, it was just a ski shop: snow gear, goggles, jackets, repeat. But then, in late March '25, hubs spotted a large Teak patio sale sign. We both did a double-take. Curious, we rolled in one Sunday, about an hour before closing and let's just say, the surprise was real. The showroom is spotless. And that earthy teak scent lingered everywhere. The teak patio pieces were gorgeous- just priced a bit out of range. But we lucked out big time and scored a black metal patio set already rust-treated. A solid win. Service was outstanding. We spotted a floor model and liked what we saw. We'd asked if we could take it home- as long as they were willing to knock a little off the price for it being on display. They didn't blink. Deal done. What's more, we'd also asked about delivery since we're not far off and two of the guys delivered the set in a snap!

They bought my first board from them in 2001, and have continued to buy anything I can from them because of the customer service and care for their community. Bill and his staff have always been so helpful in guiding me in my purchases to ensure I get the best equipment for my needs. I am working with Bill right now to purchase a new board from them even though I live in Scottsdale, AZ now. He's been great steering me away from companies that aren't producing great stuff anymore, and introducing me to better options that I will enjoy more. I really can't say enough great things about The Garden. I will ALWAYS buy my gear from them as long as I can. Thanks Bill and Team!

I called the store and spoke to a gentleman who had the manager call me to troubleshoot. Luke was amazing. He went above and beyond what I expected to ship me a bike to where I am in California. I only wish I wasn't across the country so I could go in person to thank him for everything he did to get me this bike. I would gladly purchase more bikes from The Garden.. not only to support a small business but because of the wonderful experience as well!!

I called ahead to reserve skis, filled out the form, and emailed it in. On arrival, we parked in a big parking lot right behind the shop, walked in, and saw ALL of our gear ready to go, name tags and all! The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He made sure the boots fit everybody, and we were out of there within 15 minutes. The shop is exactly 10min from the mountain. The quality of the boots and skis were incredibly. You could tell 'Ski Fanatics' really takes care of their equipment. I have never worn, let alone rented, such comfortable boots in my life. Most importantly, the boots were warm!! Warmth on the mountain is paramount, every skier understands colds toes. Once we got loaded up, John, the owner, told us to give him a heads up if we were going to return the skis after hours. He lives down the road and was willing to open up the shop if we needed to come in later. Finally, during the return process, John came out and helped us quickly unload all of our skies and gears. Overall, the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. It was a true 5 star experience, start to finish. I recommend Ski Fanatics for all of your ski needs. No one in our group rented snowboards so I can't speak to them.
