Doug, my fiancé, and I first met up to do the engagement pictures in Chicago. Doug was open and flexible about meeting times and locations, and while I had a few ideas of where I wanted to do shots, Doug offered up his expertise, and the combination of locations made for beautiful engagement pictures. On that day Doug spent over three hours with us, talking, catching up, laughing and making sure we got all of the pictures we would want. Our wedding day with Doug was even better. Leading up to the big day, Doug was easy going when schedules had to change.Throughout the day Doug made me feel at ease, and the pictures truly show that. In the bridal room he made sure to capture all the small details: the hanger with my new last name, the bride to be sign on the bed, the veil draped over the door, the intricate lace on my dress...everything. When we headed over to the ceremony Doug did a great job coordinating the formal shots with a large wedding party, large families (46 people!), not a lot of time, and sweltering heat. He even sat with the bridal party in a stifling room before the ceremony and still managed to capture moments of laughter and nervousness as the celebration was about to begin. In addition to all that he even had a bridal kit with him in case of emergencies, such a professional! Throughout the ceremony and reception though, Doug did what I love most about his style of photography. He captured people as they really were on that day. He spent the day finding people smiling, laughing, crying, talking, dancing and enjoying the celebration. That is what my husband and I wanted most out of our day, and we are so lucky to have had Doug as our photographer to capture those moments most dear to us. I cannot recommend him enough!

I was on the fence about getting a videographer at first for my November wedding. We had a very low…read morebudget wedding and I was worried about spending the money. Then one of my friends posted their own highlight video online and I knew I had to have that and I would have regretted not having the ability to see those moments again. One of my friends who was also getting married was researching videographers and thought I would like film fidele. I decided I would meet with them and get some prices and see if I could fit it in my budget. From our first meeting I was totally smitten with Sarah & Kurt. I felt they totally got my wedding vision. I wanted fun, unique and memorable. I felt the prices were reasonable and I liked that they offered different packages. Sarah & Kurt were a joy to work with, very friendly and professional. To tell you the truth on our wedding day I barely noticed them, but from seeing the footage they got every moment. After the wedding many of the guests kept talking about how awesome Kurt & Sarah were and how they couldn't wait to see the final video. After watching the final edited footage, we were amazed at how perfect it was. They captured our day even better then I could have hoped for. I left the music choices up to them, and there is no way anyone could have picked better music that fit us and our wedding day. I really can't say enough good things about them, I think all in all if you're on the fence about getting video, just do it! You'll be so happy and excited when you get to relive that day that went by way too fast. I highly recommend film fidele, definitely one of the best wedding vendors we had!

We had many difficulties working with Adrian and Emmett. First and most frustrating is their lack…read moreof follow up. Adrian and Emmett are extremely difficult to get a hold of and will not respond promptly. Second, Logi Productions will nickel and dime you for everything. Want music in your DVD - $10 for iTunes. Want them to cut out ten seconds of your video that you didn't like - $30. Want HD - $500. Want to pay by PAYPAL - $25. Oh yeah, they also insist on having transportation provided for them if you take them with you to get photos - this cost us $300 to get a bigger limo. The list goes on. As all wedding websites will tell you, haggle on price and packages to get the best deal. That holds true for everyone but these guys. If you stray at all from their packages, you will not get your money's worth, and they will NOT spend as much time on your product. Further, I would recommend anyone who does use their service that you GET AN EXTREMELY DETAILED CONTRACT written up that expressly indicates who will be shooting your event, what specifically you are expecting to receive, how long they will be shooting (not prepping, tearing down, eating dinner, etc.), and an up front price sheet. Oh yeah - turns out wedding videography is NOT their primary jobs - Adrian bailed on us four weeks before our wedding to go cover for CNN, and we had to drive an hour out of the city to meet with the alternate videographer, who didn't know our names or listen to our requests and gave us a product with items we specifically asked not to have. Our DVD was riddled with spelling errors and they PUT TWO DIFFERING WEDDING DATES ON OUR DVD NEITHER OF WHICH WERE CORRECT. They made multiple simple mistakes that would have never happened had they put the time and effort into our DVD that a normal videographer would have done. They use a standard template for all their weddings, so don't think that yours will be unique by any means. After we requested these mistakes to be corrected, they refused to send a second proof and said the next DVD would be the final cut. Business school 101 on the first day says never rest until your customers are happy. These guys skipped class on that day. My advice to anyone who is looking for a videographer is to AVOID AVOID AVOID. You will be nickel and dimed and you can get a much better product elsewhere, you won't be given proper attention, and you will spend most of your time chasing these two down to get a hold of them. We had to threaten a lawsuit just to get our DVDs. DO NOT USE!!! Don't believe me?
