There are vacuuming stations, they're very simple to use, can be used anytime at your leisure and they're the best vacuuming system one could ask to have! I'll be moving away from the Powdersville area and would hope to find service as great as Waves offers, although it doubtful. They don't have a location near where I'll be moving, sadly. Both obviously happened at Waves Car Wash. We showed the scratches to management. They said, oh yeah. That's bad. We'll take pictures and submit a claim for you. Called a few days later and said the claim as refused because the scratches weren't consistent with scratches made at a car wash. Pretty convenient excuse. Management don't really seem to care at all. E cancelled our monthly car wash subscription. No apologies, no offer of any refund, just basically "don't let the door hit you on the way out." If you value the appearance of your car, I would never trust it with Wave's Car Wash. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Just a horrible business. Avoid at all costs.
