LOVE this carwash! I'm new to the area and was disappointed that there are no Mike's car washes around here because I bought their unlimited plan but this blows them out of the water! They have flat and wide wheel trolleys that pull your car through .. not like ones I'm used to that are more Marie and have rims that can scratch your wheels if you don't drive on it EXACTLY..also I'm use to having all my cleaning products in my trunk to do my tire shine etc and towels but I feel sooo spoiled they supply that here! Snd vacuuming is free!! The unlimited is about $34/ month... so worth it! read more

Best car wash I have ever been to. The track is like a moving side walk, not a metal gutter - so much less risk to the car. When I asked them to tape down my rear windshield wiper, they first put a plastic sleeve over the windshield wiper to prevent any damage before taping with blue painters tape. The vacuum stalls are incredibly wide, so you've got plenty of room to have your doors open and not risk being hit by the car next to you. The vacuums have fantastic suction and clean nozzles. They even have a towel station with window cleaner that allows you to do some detail work yourself. Staff was friendly and very competent. Highly recommend. read more

Not able to rate the car wash part as I came across the street from a break-in at the shopping center and needed to get the glass out. I asked to pay without getting the car washed for obvious reasons, and they were very quick to tell me to use anything needed to get it cleaned up. Waves Express Car Wash is unique and professional in every way. The set up is efficient, and reliable. I have been through many times and am never disappointed. I have not been to any other establishments, but the one here on Woodruff Rd is amazing by far. You enter for a car wash, and you receive a car wash like you've never had before. Enter to the right, pay at the automated tellers, and then whip around to roll through the moving rollers. Once you're through the wash itself, with heats heated dryers, you come to the lot of spots to vacuum, clean windows, and empty the trash from your vehicle. Floor Mats Dirty? Waves Express has two Free Mat Washing Stations for most floor mats (free w/ any car wash) I have the Floor Tech mats which are more sturdy than regular carpet ones. They did not fit into the automatic machine, and so an employee walked up and offered to wash them by hand w/ a pressure washer. I've also come through the wash with a little more mud and dirt than usual, and both times, the employees at Waves offered for me to go through the Wash again, free of charge. Excellent Equipment, Exceptional Customer Service, and Amazing Environment keeps this Establishment running smooth, and with plenty of business. New car wash alert! This is a useful location on the corner of Woodruff and Roper Mtn. Rd. I arrived an hour before closing an used every minute available free vacuuming my Prius! There is a sign to "Please limit your vacuum time to 10 minutes" which I assumed was for when they were busy, which they weren't, and I'm also a "ask for forgiveness than permission" type person. The workers were friendly and helpful in explaining the membership and differences in washes when I shared it was my first time there. I went with the cheapo option, $6 basic wash, $1 less than my previous review. $1.00 is not enough to have me switch services though. The other carwash on Pleasantburg offered sprays and cloths with no "10 min" signange. Waves did not offer sprays for the cloths which was quite an annoyance. Getting to the point, the wash was good, a little too good, as my top rubber sealers pulled up and I had to push them back into place. Overall I would come here again, I just with they would remove the patronizing signage and offer sprays for the cloths. read more

The location is conveniently off of Woodruff Road and Roper Mtn. It is clean, there is staff onsite, and there are plenty of options for cleaning cars. SUPER SPACIOUS: I especially appreciate how large the bays are, so you don't have to worry about bumping into the car next to you, or even having to close doors when the person next to you needs to pass. TONS OF VACUUMS: No waiting in line for a vacuum at this location...there are vacuums for days and they have tons of suction power. Towels are on site for use. That's a plus. Very modern and up to date car wash. The fellow at the window was very helpful...first time for me at this type of car wash. Got a second level wash which was more than adequate for the outside, tire shine was very good. Vacuuming was easy with lots of suction. Nice cloths and a spray bottle for windows interior. Pretty nice. The car wash gets the car clean, and it has free vacuum's. I've been two times, and I haven't had any issues.

We needed to run our truck through a wash, knowing it's going to rain a couple days from now, but still wanted a quick job. The workers were very helpful and friendly. We have paid $6 for the basic wash. Pulling around to the vacuum center and having rags to wipe down was very helpful. We dried our truck as well as windows, door jams and wiped down the inside too. We spent quite a lot of time actually. I don't think there's a chance any other car wash would have done the same quality as me. Just to think it was only $6. That's a huge bargain. We live about 20 minutes from this car wash and absolutely hate woodruff road, but we will definitely come back here. It's worth the trip. There's no way to beat this car wash quality or value. read more

We visited Waves Express Car Wash out of necessity. I purchased a new car in Atlanta and on the same day, drove it to Greenville, so I needed to get the bug guts and other debrief off of the car. Waves Express was fortunately just around the corner from our hotel, so we paid them a visit. This car wash looks fairly new, very clean and it had a pretty decent number of vacuums for you to clean your car. If you've ever been in any of the drive through simoniz car washes, you're probably aware of the actual car washing experience. Customer service was pretty good, and there are towels they give you to wipe down your car after you get out of the wash. This day we didn't use either the towels or the vacuums, but we were pretty happy with the wash itself. Decent, spacious and clean car wash not too far from the interstate did a good job for us. I have never visited this location before and what began as a quick trip to a car wash, ended up being a 2 hour long ordeal. I somehow locked my key fob in my car (along with my phone and everything else) within minutes of arriving so the long wait for AAA was completely my fault. Their two 5 star employees made an awful situation much more bearable, so a big shout out to Hayden and Andrew for their hospitality and understanding. They offered me a chair in their air conditioned haven and never gave me any grief needing to use their phone multiple times. And I'll definitely be back next time I need a quick car wash after seeing how hard they were working the whole time. At the end of it all, I left with a nice, clean car!!! read more

The regional manager Val was more than exceptional! Not only did he ask if my mom and I needed any help multiple times, he went the extra mile with helping us take off our license plates and gave us complementary Clemson design air fresheners! With it being our first time at the Waves, Val explained all the machines to us and even after helping us still asked if we were okay! I live a bit away from Waves but I will definitely come back because of the amazing experience my mom and I had...and will definitely be recommending this place to my other Maryland friends that come down! Customer service is excellent, non pareil! We had a bike rack that had never been through a wash before and it was noticed by a staff member that it would have been damaged by the wash. A young gentleman named Will tried to help us remove the rack, but it was rusted to the hitch. Because we could not go through the wash, he refunded our money and gave us vouchers for three free future washes. I washed my truck here this week and was not very impressed. The price for basic wash was good at $7 but my truck came out with streaks on the tail gate. They claim this is "full service" but you have to towel your own vehicle down despite the use of high speed blowers to remove water, wash your own windows, wash your own mats, and vacuum it yourself. I do not understand how this qualifies as full service. If you have molded floor mats you are out of luck as their self serve mat cleaner does not accommodate molded mats. We were in town visiting family for the holidays and needed to wash our car right before new years. We looked up near car washes and found Waves on google. I have to say that we were pretty impressed. The car wash was clean, looked very nice, and customer services was phenomenal. When we pulled up to the window we were a bit hesitant as to what wash to choose Valentin helped us choose the right one for our car. He was very knowable about the services and answered all of our questions. He guided us through the whole process and was extremely amiable! When we were using the free vacuums he came out with additional towels, greeted us, and even recommended places to visit in town. My husband and I were truly impressed and 10 out of 10 recommend Waves, southern hospitality at its best! read more

Not one of my favorite tasks, but had to be done. Appreciated how fast the car wash process was. From the onscreen "woman" prompting you how to select and pay for your wash, to the guide pointing out the particulars, also appreciated how bright and light the car wash machine area was. With over 30 vacuum cleaners (one for each side - bonus!), clean towels and area to clean your matt, I would certainly recommend to others! read more

It was my first time trying waves car wash, and had a great experience. My car was extremely dirty, and two attendants tried spraying & scrubbing the hood before it went through the wash. It still didn't get off all of the dirt (it was covered, and had tree sap and such) and an attendant offered to let me run it through again. The vacuums are spaced far enough apart that I had plenty of room even when someone parked next to me. The attendants seemed to do a great job and kept the vacuuming area stocked with rags and clear of trash. I was able to wash and vacuum my car with 3 kids in it, and it wasn't a hassle! This place is great! Very clean facility that gets you in and out quickly. The car wash did an excellent job on the outside of my car, and my car was pretty dirty. Free powerful vacuums, free towels to wipe down the inside of your car, and a mat machine to clean your mats. Definitely will be back and would recommend! read more
