Moe, Miles and Onix have been so great at product knowledge. From KIK to Elfbars they answered all my questions. The customer service they make sure they go above and beyond what is even expected of at a smoke shop. Miles has tons of product knowledge, Onix makes sure that the customers are not only taken care of, but that test the products before we leave the shop. When we do get a chance to see Moe its always few and far between but always a blessing. You can't beat their prices on elf bars, the 3 for 50 deal is unmatched when you add in the customer service experience. Miles knows almost every single Delta product in the shop along wit glass, vapes and has shown us a few accessories we didn't know we wanted, needed or in some cases existed. 3 monkeys is forever our favorite smoke shop. my husband and i come here now vs gas stations and some of the other shops that sell CBD. The owner of this place is a world class horses ass, that defends self entitled punks that wrongfully parks in handicapped spots! after I informed one of his self entitled BMW Driving customers that I called the cops because he was illegally parked in a handicapped space, the Owned Felt the need to come next door to threaten a handicapped guy and get him denied service at the Crappy Sandwich shop. and yes it is a big deal when when self entitled punks park their BMWs in Handicapped spaces so legitimate People in Need can't Park or Get dinner. Love this store, it just opened up near me and I gave it a try and let me tell you the choice of product was everything I was hoping for and more. This is probably the best smoke and vape shop I've come across in McKinney. They just opened but they already have a better selection than most of the other shops I've seen in this area.
