Only had 1 person working when I walked in at the same time as another group, they were assisting two customers who were already there and spent ~10 minutes talking beyond the scope of sales while I stood by the register waiting. I had what I wanted and was ready to check out. She checks out the first group and I step up to the register with the product I've had the entire time in hand. Instead of checking me out, she says "I have to help people in the order they walk in and they were first..." Mind you, I walked in at the same time and was ready to check out by the register. The other people were still unsure and on the other side of the store, so she decides to walk away from a sale and I took my business elsewhere due to time constraints. Staff that helped was friendly but save yourself the trip. When their employee makes a mistake and hands you the incorrect flavor, they wont make any expection for return or exchange. The customer is on the losing end for this businesses mistake. Rules are made to have expections, especially when the mistake was at the hand of your own employee. I'll never shop here again and I hope you don't either. I've submitted claim to my credit card company to dispute the charges since the product I bought was not the correct item and the company is unwilling to work on a viable exchange, due to your employee negligence. So not only will you lose the sale, you lose the returned product and a returning customer. Hope the decision to screw over your customer, to avoid eatting a $45 loss, was worth it as a business. read more

Visited today and the store is very clean and well kept. There was one customer the clerk was helping so naturally I felt the clerk would deal with me next. A guy walks in about 2 minutes after I did. Still no problems. I'm checking out the inventory. So the customer the lady was helping us leaving and I'm ready to purchase my item. I never got to purchase my item because she started helping the guy that walked in after me so I left. Before I left, I said something about being here before the man and she told me yeah I know and continued talking to the other customer. Very rude and terrible customer service!!!!!! I was with my sister today in the shop and experienced a horrible rude employee I have never been in a Vape shop before and was looking at the product while my sister was making a purchase. In the far left corner towards the back of the store they keep their CBD products I walked up to the shelf to take a look and a woman yelled at me screaming COME FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER SIR !!! it was very rude and very inappropriate , My sister asked the other sales person how are people supposed to choose the product if they can't walk up to the shelf and look at it the other sales person explained that there is a chain that was supposed to go there to block people from walking back there however the chain was not up when I walked into the store keep in mind I have never been in that store before. I said nothing back to the employee that yelled at me I had to take a second and calm down but I really wanted to tell her about herself but I chose not to Mirror her behavior. I don't know her name but she was a heavyset blonde woman and the worst part is that she was helping a Nother couple and stopped what she was doing to yell across the store at me!!!! After having been a loyal customer for almost a year of Smoke and Vapor, I recently purchased two brand new Smok Mag mods. The total purchase was well over $350 for mods, coils, and vapor. After only five weeks, one of the mods stopped working. When I returned to the shop, Smoking and Vapor refused to exchange or replace the mod. The sales rep stated that they only warrantee battery mods for a period of one week. I left my name and phone number and requested a call from the store owner, but never received any type of communications from the store. This is exceptionally poor customer service. read more

I came in here this morning half dead and after six hours of vomiting due to my medical issues. I'm here visiting family from California and in the process I ran out of most out of my medication and ended up in a really bad bind in the effort to not use it all before I go home. I have fibromyalgia that goes into spinal chord with risk of paralysis and I'm currently prescribed 600-2300 mgs of RSO capsules daily depending on my pain and management. Mixed with structured concentrate regimen that normally would leave me really in trouble without one or both. So to say that I was in there for butane to use some of the last of what emergency concentrate I had to get me just into tomorrow physically ok is an understatement. For people like me this is really personal. I've worked in the CA cannabis industry for over six years now. That comes with seeing a lot of products molecularly not safe or cared for in the processes of production. Sometimes it's even just out of people not having the correct education on this stuff. And with that it makes you terrified to try anything else that is manufactured or sold anywhere let alone a state that really hasn't defined this topic for its civilians. I came in here today for a can of butane. 4-5$ at most. I can't thank the girl in here enough for being so educated, friendly, and kind. Because I walked in forcing myself to even stand up and move. I felt nauseated dizzy and honestly like I almost was going to need an ER trip. She was so kind and welcoming that I asked about the cbd products that they carry and she was more than happy to show me and talk to me about them. After hitting the cartridge I bought a couple times to make sure it worked inside I already felt better. Didn't need to puke and my back started relaxing. Which not to sound awful but molecularly for someone who's body has been receiving this in the thc form cellularly my receptors expect different molecules than just cbd but good and correctly processed cbd always helps. It's just rare even in ca to find that unless you know where to go. I'm so so so impressed with these cbd products that I bought several more of the green machine cartridges and I have to say they are really an amazing product and it honestly astounds me I found it out here. And it's helping me this much. I almost didn't believe it and so I haven't taken any of my medication since due to it. And I feel great anytime I feel it again I just hit the pen. And it was SO CHEAP! Not to mention for the quality. These people keep every test record on there cbd and for most of you that may not seem important. However when you understand that the pesticides you put in your soil when you grow that hemp plant then does to your lungs when you heat it up over 300 degrees Fahrenheit it becomes a volatile molecule that your putting in your body and it's very dangerous for people with real medical issues. I've paid a lot to hospitals for visits due to this issue. And there's so much factual research that proves how dangerous it can be. And it's something that even in CA I deal with on a regular let alone here. I'm so impressed I really can't express how important it is to have people who actually care about what your buying and putting into your body molecularly matters. The education the science and information on all this at a general level can be really out there at times. Even for us working with it each day. And she knew all about every angle even talking to someone like me who lives to play with this stuff in petri dishes and has for five years. Thank you again to Mae for all your help this morning. My physical abilities are back and I can go back to enjoy my time with my son and my family because of you and your shop today. Very disappointed. I come here ALL the time maybe every other week, however yesterday I went and bought a couple of vapes like I always do and I could you not I open my Pod King and hit it maybe 3 times if even that and it starts blinking.... Off the jump I'm upset because I didn't have it for even 10 min and it dies???? I let it sit for a while and see if maybe it's me that's tripping right.. An hour goes by I take a hit and it's still blinking... Wake up today and call the store to see if there's something they could do..... They did absolutely NOTHING... The girl on the phone was not helpful at all.. I understand there's a pandemic going on but if the employees know that some of the vapes don't work (because they have a sign there) they should be able to do something about it (refund, a free one or at least a discount for next visit) I had my receipt ready to go back up there hoping she would've gave me one of those choices but that didn't happen....
