The lady with blonde hair was super rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. Like seemed pissed that I even walked in. Had the most annoyed face the entire time she was "helping me". Been here twice. We always offer benefit of the doubt. We all have bad days so I get it, but the girl at the counter seemed like she didn't want us there. We came in to ask for a specific item both times and both times she offered a one word annoyed answer that wasn't helpful. She made us feel very uncomfortable. Both times we just walked out because of how uncomfortable we felt. We went to another smoke shop down douglas and got what we needed and more It's a shame because this smoke shop is so close to us (walking distance) but we won't be coming here again. read more

The "working" replacements they gave me leaked as I was walking out to my car. I had an issue with a bottle of juice, it had a strange throat hit, like bizarre. I have been to multiple shops trying to solve a problem. I keep getting a burning flavor on my 2nd or 3rd hit. Tried 2 mods. Started Steampunk, now Mini IPV. Started with a drip build, then Atlantis, now Kangertech sub tank. Could not fix it. Almost gave up and started smoking again. Stopped in on a whim to ask some questions. These guys spent at least 45 minutes testing my setup, trying different settings and juice. Answered every dumb question I could ask. Turns out I needed a higher VG mix. Simple, but baffling to 3 other shops. If you need answers, great juice and accessory selections, or just want to feel important, go see these guys. I'm somewhat new to vaping, but they really make you feel like a veteran when you leave. Prices are competitive, but their knowledge surpasses the other places I've been. Cannot thank them enough. So i wrote a review about a certain employee named Jason. Well guess what he id me so he could ask why i wrote the review said i made him look like a bad person. I cant believe he had the nerve to ask this while i was in the store alone. So he asked me to go back on a re iterate it. Why in the heck would i do that its all true.
