This used to be my go to place for accessories and what not. It had a good selection for a good price. The employees were typically polite and professional. However, my favorite employee was engaged in an extremely loud political conversation with a customer today. The customer was using inappropriate language for a business, spouting misanthropic views, and the employee went along with it. Discourse like that does not belong in a business and revealed much about the people working there. I will not be spending my money there any longer. read more

You would think people hired as customer service reps would be good with the public. There's an employee with a beard who is rude, non talkative, and comes across as condescending. He's easy to spot because there's no small talk and always seems upset. I go to another Three Monkeys by WinCo and staff there are always gregarious, jovial, and friendly. I spend roughly $400 monthly there and I rather drive an extra mile or two to be treated with respect. Not a huge fan of the smoke shop scene ... however, I am a vaper so when I needed some coils last month this place was the closest. PRO's: In my neighborhood - I could literally ride a bike here! Oh and it's next to a dollar store and my bank - so it's very convenient for me. The guys behind the counter are vapers - so while I respect what they say - I always do research first. They are there to sell ... and make money. If you check-in on Yelp - you get a 10% discount. CON's: Prices seem much higher than another vape only shop I frequent. Felt like I took it up the rear without even a tequila shot! Oh my bad ... 3 items purchased - $60 bucks! They sell other stuff besides vape supplies. This always makes me skeptical because I wonder just how knowledgeable they might be when it comes to vaping! ===== So neither pro or con ... I bought some coils and they were all bad ... it took me a month to return them - with receipt and I was totally expecting to be given a hard time - but was pleasantly surprised that the guy behind the counter was real cool about it. He even knew what I was taking about. He didn't even look at the receipt - but it was there front and center. Indicated that sometimes a batch is defective. Indicated that there had been a design change on the coils and that a lot of folks have been unhappy by the vape results. Offered up some suggestions - which I already know about and did - these coils were just bad! Went in to buy some butane, I am fairly new to buying butane for my torch so I asked the man at the counter what would be best for the specific one I have. I told him I would be going to a different place since he had no idea what I was talking about and he proceeded to call me, a woman, a douche. Came in here looking for an awesome, not too expensive, vape pen. Just wanted to try them out vs rolling or using my pipe. My mom and I entered the business and were greeted as we made it halfway through the store. That's where their array of vape pens were. They had all sorts of colors, and different kinds that did different kinds of things. The pricing was not as cheap as I thought. This nice man, who didn't work there, but definitely should be, helped us. I was really glad he was there because I was able to ask him questions I couldn't ask the regular employees. ;-) I also asked the employee behind the counter about the prices...and came to a conclusion. I stupidly started vaping through South Beach Smoke, an online vendor. Crazy expensive product plus expensive shipping. As soon as you walk into Three Monkeys, you are greeted by one of the employees, even if they are currently helping other people.
