My husband and I met with him and he was super positive and excited to do our wedding. He was also super organized and had a whole itinerary and timeline ready, and helped us with the scheduling before and on the actual wedding day. Greg arrived early to set up, made sure he'd connected with our venue ahead of time and kept everyone (kids, bride, groom, family) dancing to amazing music until 2am. The music was perfect, mixed amazingly and he picked interesting songs from different eras that didn't feel like wedding music at all. We were thrilled. I traveled to the Dominican Republic for a family friend's wedding and used the travel agent recommended by the couple, Kawaljeet Singh. That was a huge mistake. From the start, the entire experience lacked any decent customer service and delayed notification about travel requirements. Despite confirming specific room details with Kawaljeet (and even having signed confirmation), we were given a completely different room when we arrived. The hotel staff needed him to correct the booking, but he was conveniently not available and once in communication days later completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility even when shown proof of his mistake. Worse, he doubled down and insisted he was right, refused to reimburse us, and essentially left us stranded with no support. Once you're at your destination, they completely stop caring because they've already been paid.The service was unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright negligent. Do not fall for the illusions on their website this is not a reliable travel agency. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.I will never use this company again, and I strongly suggest planning your trip yourself or going through a more reputable, responsive travel service.

Not all Photo Booth experience is alike though one may think different…read more I have taken photos with a few Photo Booth service for the last 6 months as seems like photo booth is a staples in most of the events I have been to lately. PixelBooth Toronto delivers the best printed photos, online access, photo tracking and downloading services. The prints we received on site were clear and of high quality. There is an access code for us to download the print in digital files and each of us even in a huge group received a hard copy! I also given a card with a barcode so all my photos would be grouped together and send to my email where I can view and download all the photos. The Pixel Booth's staff at the event also very professional and courteousness. It is not easy to deal with hundreds of half drunk guests photo bombing themselves for hours! Highly recommended for private events! I just wish there were more props! :)
