The owner even berated me and told me how much money he lost on the job. I paid 100% of the quoted price. He said I should've just done the work myself, and they were done... Scratches in the paint and all, they were just done... This is a hack paint and body shop. Earl Sheib would be embarrassed to put out this kind of work...
