Picking it up, they brought the Motor Home to the front for us, we got in and drove off. We got to the location and found the television was destroyed (it was an older TV but worked and we used it), and the handle on the bathroom door was broken as well as, all the repair fallout from putting in the new vents was all over the floor and bed! If they had mentioned what had been broken and called our attention it would have been disappointing but by ignoring it was bad customer service. Even though the store has a "no service" sign, Colton still made sure I was safe to get back home. When the valve core on my Mercedes was too short, he even used his own personal car so he could properly inflate and repair my tire. He didn't have to do any of that, but he did--patiently, kindly, and with real care. His dedication and genuine willingness to help made such a difference. I'm incredibly grateful.
