I give Brian's Auto Repair five stars and more. They do good work. I have been taking my vehicle and my family members also take their vehicles there. I have never had a problem with this business. They have your vehicle repaired in a timely manner and sometimes next day return. The are friendly, listen to what the customer have to say and all about business. And I like that. not honest, quoted a guy (me) one price for diagnostics, charged a lady twice that amount. left parts off vehicle when picked up. now have a "burned rubber" oder from engine. terrible cant believe they are still in business. read more

We moved to Muskogee area about 7 months ago and I purchased a SUV that needed a few things done to it. I was looking for a local mechanic to build a relationship with and meanwhile my wife's Lexus was due for an oil change. I found Brian's Automotive on the internet who says they do oil changes. I called and asked them about changing the oil in the Lexus and was told I needed to bring it down to a oil and lube place down the street from them for that making it sound as though they didn't want to be bothered with it. Guess I will look elsewhere for a service center to build a relationship with for the oil change and the $2,000 worth of other work I wanted to get done. read more

completely useless!! I called on Friday afternoon, I was passing through heading to Arkansas for work, they told me they could get me in the shop Monday or Tuesday morning. Monday or Tuesday morning come around and I call and they just tell me the boss isn't here and they can't do anything about it?? THANKS GUYS!!! I've been stranded with no vehicle 15 hours from my house waiting for days for a shop that was never going to help me in the first place. read more

I was driving from Dallas, where my daughter went to college to Chicago where we live when the Jeep we were driving started having issues in muskogee. the tow truck driver said to take the car to Brian's repair shop. when we arrived is this dust bowl obviously upset with the cars issues and a long way from home I walked in their shop and there's some guy sitting over a ways eating some food and drinking right from a milk container and he totally ignores us. doesn't come over until he's done eating about five minutes later. looks at the car and tells me it needs a new motor that costs 5k. not 4,990.00 or 5,013.00 but exactly 5k. tells me the engine is in another town and it will take a week to fix. I'm stuck Sofi tell him ok as I have no choice. long story short he calls me a week later and says the cars finished. we go there and start the car and lights start coming on and we got issues - another five hour wait with my daughter and her good little pug named Emmy and they tell me it's ready. we made it home so that's good but there's no way I'd go back to this place as they took advantage of my situation and appeared to not care at all. the only good thing that came out of this stay in Muskogee was that Emmy the pug was able to walk in a restaurant and eat with us. otherwise it was pretty brutal. read more

My daughters car was starting to rattle and leak oil so I took it in and asked them to replace the oil pan. Afterwards they told me it was good to go. When she drove it off the lot, the noise was worse so she parked it in her driveway. I had it towed back to them and after 2 weeks they said I needed a new ENGINE. You would certainly think that would have been checked before it was released to me. Very belligerent and unprofessional in dealing with me. Be wary of a shakedown if you dare to deal with them. read more
