My 30-year-old car has 273K miles of wear and tear on any original parts, so the job turned out to be more than simply replacing the pads. The quoted estimate was $1500 for the pads, brake calipers, drums, brake rotors, hardware kits, fluid, and labor. I had seen my car on a lift before taking it to Advantage Auto, and after inspecting the wheels, I knew the brake job was going to be involved (which is part of the reason I didn't want to do it myself). Jason loaned me a car for the day, which I greatly appreciated. AA worked from 9:00 till around 5:30 (they had delays in receiving parts from across town), and got me out of there the same day. My final price of $1300 was lower than the estimated $1500, as they didn't charge me for all the replacement parts. The brakes have been working as needed over the last month. Was it a lot of money? Yes. Did I get what I paid for? Yes. Would I go back? Yes.

South Pointe Honda were abusive and basically caused issues to my new car that I took to them. I spoke with Honda of Muskogee the next morning and they told me to come right in. I wish I remember who i worked with. He was the sweetest guy and it was a very pleasant validating and helpful experience. Most importantly he corrected the issue that South Pointe Honda caused to my brand new car. He said South Pointe should have known how to reset the signal and assured me my instincts throughout the drama with South Pointe Honda were correct-that how they treated me and my car shouldn't have happened. Honda of Muskogee basically took in my new Honda and corrected what South Pointe Honda messed up. I was charged nothing. I later took my car back to Honda of Muskogee 6 months later before a road trip and they were open and transparent about recommendations and what I needed. Very thankful for Honda of Muskogee (avoid South Pointe Honda at all costs-abusive, disrespectful tyrants who hate women). The men I worked with at Honda of Muskogee were respectful, kind, great humor, overall pleasant great people. Also both times I was there they took the time to teach me about my car which I appreciated. 10/10.
