Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, but they called first to see if it was okay (it was). They asked the right questions about what goes where, what gets thrown out and what gets saved. Basement was in a major (bad) state, and this was the first step in getting it cleaned out. And being an old guy, I couldn't do it myself. They did an excellent job all around. When they explained why they couldn't move out one large piece (a work bench that they said had been assembled in the basement) they offered to move it out of the way so the cleaners would be able to work efficiently. They did everything right. They did it efficiently and effectively and courteously. They were helpful, and understanding, and very very careful with the stuff I needed to save (for family/memories). I would hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I may need to call them again next year to move some stuff out of the UPstairs! Hire these folks. You won't be sorry. I talked to the city and them about removing it, but that never happened. When a storm hit the Fort Wayne are it blew their equipment into my fence damaging it. I notified them about it and they seemed like they were going to do the right thing and fix it. They sent someone out, but all they did was replace one post so it wasn't falling down anymore. There is still substantial damages to my fence and now they are refusing to communicate with me. The city and other companies would be wise to stay away from Crosby since they don't care about the community or righting their wrongs.
