I asked for the last items of the house to be packed... they said they'd start loading and come back to that... truck got full and they left leaving the rest unpacked. It wasn't a ton of things but I wanted that as part of the job. Also, several things got dented and scratched. They wrapped some furniture once it got downstairs instead of when it was upstairs... not really sure why, but I have to guess that's where problems occurred. Some things also got damaged in the truck because of poor loading. Upon unloading it was clear that certain items shouldn't have been placed on others because of shape and weight. All in all, the job got done... but there were enough annoyances that I have to think another company will work better for you.
