A mayor procedure was planned, involving Dr. Olsen from Smile Missoula, as well as dental surgeon Dr. Holtzen and anesthesiologist Dr. Ochs both from the Cosmetic Arts Center, Missoula. I have epilepsy. All doctors involved were fully briefed and assured me their experience in working with people with epilepsy. Turned out that Dr. Ochs was absolutely not prepared to work with me. He refused anesthesia while I was sitting in the waiting room, all prepped for surgery. All was cancelled even though I had followed each and every step necessary to make the procedure a success. While the surgeon's office refunded the entire amount of my prepaid fees, Dr. Olsen thinks it's justified to keep part of my money for preparatory work. He charged me instead those responsible for the cancellation: Dr. Ochs! Dr. Holtzen! The Cosmetic Arts Center!

Dr. Brandon Wright is one of the best Dentists I have ever used and I've had a lot of dentists in…read moremy career as a human with teeth. He is thoughtful, caring, a good listener, gentle, smart and offers a lot of good and sage dental advice. I genuinely think he cares about the well being of my dental care and I am just not another patient. I've also seen Dr. Hillberry on occasion and he is also a great dentist, but Dr. Wright is my go-to-guy. It is a family dental clinic so he also cares for the teeth of my young children. He is great with them as well. I've used special pediatric dentists who have been rushed, careless and downright mean but not Dr. Wright! My kids are actually excited to go to the dentist if you can believe it! With the kids he walks them through all the procedures, shows them the instruments, etc. He doesn't rely on gimmicks like Disney movies and costumes to calm the children, it's just his thoughtful bedside manner that does the trick! His staff is also top notch. His hygienists, Nancy & Maureen are my favorites, but they're all great. The receptionist and billing staff are also great to work with. I would travel out of state if I had to just to be a patient here. Way to go Lolo Dental!
