Dr Kreig has, in two months, given me a reason to enjoy life fully again because my pain level is so low now that I can relax. My neck pain had turned me into a person who was in consistently in fight or flight mode, tightening around the affected areas, not able to take a full breath, using substances to enjoy a couple hours a day where I was not in pain. Being in that constricted state had a ripple effect, causing anxiety and social isolation because I could not hold my attention long enough to enjoy conversation as I had to keep my body moving to distract from pain. I could no longer sit down long enough to enjoy watching tv because I only felt some relief when I was laying flat on my back on a hard surface or when standing. It was a terrible way to live. My depression is easing, and I feel hope for a future where I can resume being me again. I have been to several other chiropractors in the past and none brought lasting relief. Dr Kreig has an approach that uses science to measure and show you exactly what is causing your pain, where your spine is impeded, and validates your pain because you can see the troubled spots in the scans he does your initial exam. I just had my re-exam and the reason for my pain relief shows clearly in my new scans. I am so thankful. I highly recommend his care. read more

I visited and Dr. Kreig gave me the whole work up, sent me the welcome letter in the mail, gave me the whole thing on how he doesn't want to see me all the time etc etc... paid 250$ for a "personalized report" which was a general explanation of why misalignment is bad. Then on the second appointment when he actually did an "adjustment" he cracked one part of my back and called it good. Disregarded everything else that was a huge discomfort to me. Told me to come back 3-4x a week at $50+ per visit and the appointment would last 5-10 minutes. Said that "it would take a few months of adjustments multiple times a week before you get to the only visiting one a month." Don't waste your money. read more

I appear to be the exception to the rule according to the other reviews I read regarding chiropractor Kevin Krieg. I was treated disrespectful by the receptionists when I first arrived even on first appointment. "Whisper" was especially not cool to a new client. This continued on each of the several appointments I went to. Kevin Krieg adjusted my back and I can attest that now my back is worse than it was before. I have to wonder about the legitimacy of chiropractory. I would be put on a table and then the table would abruptly jolt. I never felt a difference in my back and there was certainly no spinal alignment difference. While Kevin is certainly friendly, I don't trust his way of caring for his patient's spine. I'm back to searching for a chiropractor or getting surgery. read more

Never set foot in this place. These people are scam artists, unprofessional, money grubbers. Reception is rude and disrespectful but thats not the half of it! They will do anything for a dollar except do a good job. 3 pops does not consist of an 90.00 visit. Also extremely unprofessional with children and parental disputes. I met Dr. Krieg at the Women's Fair and decided to make an appointment mid March since he and his receptionist were so nice. Because of my work schedule 8am-5pm, I was told I could only be seen for new patient from 7am-8am or anytime before 3pm. After 3 they keep open for current patients. I get that but it felt like no exceptions could be made for my schedule and before I could offer another solution I was referred to someone else. How can a working professional get a new appointment with out using PTO or sick leave? He has such high praises from current clients (I've had friends recommended him) that I guess they don't need business of new clients. I will not be trying to schedule a new appointment again and I will ensure everyone knows how dismissive the receptionist was. read more

Very disappointing that Dr. Krieg fixed my back and I've never had a problem since but unfortunately I did tweak my back and it seized up on me. So it's disappointing that since it's been a couple years I'm no longer considered a patient. I did multiple appointments at this office just to be shut down. Obviously don't care! read more

I've been happy with my progress at Krieg Chiropractic. My lower back pain is pretty much gone and I like that he suggests other treatment/work like foam rolling, exercises, and stretching. Only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the visits can add up, but so far it's been worth it to me to be pain free. read more

I love how flexible they are with my schedule and I can always get in for emergency appointments when some days are worse than others. They're super friendly as well :) Also, Lauren does very good massages. She doesn't work it too hard and does just enough to where there is minimal soreness afterwards. read more

Having been to every chiropractor in the area over the years and always getting a pile of bills and still being in pain, I was hesitant when I was referred by a close friend. After learning that this was a different method ( upper cervical) I figured I would give it a shot. I was seriously hurting after years of snowboarding, moto, and skating, I was starting to get pretty depressed and hopeless with the way I felt and how bad I was moving around for my age (38). I fully committed to this even though I had to drive a hour and this man has changed my life! My back and neck spasms are gone, I actually sleep now, I was allergic to almost everything I ate and I am seeing amazing results with being able to eat again, I am snowboarding like I'm 19 again (slams still hurt)! I am now only getting adjusted once a month and I know it would be less if I could refrain from getting out and shredding pow 3 days a week like I was 20 years younger. This place is life changing and I have my friends and family all coming here with amazing results. Dr Krieg is the real deal and a great guy that really cares about your health and well being. Was very disappointed in the services received here .. I requested one adjustment due to pain, was talked in to more exams, x-rays and a different adjustment than I requested, resulting in two appointments and a very large bill, and didn't even get the relief and help I wanted/ needed. Did not listen to me, instead rambled some jargon and rushed me out after a little work which I hardly justify as an adjustment. Went to Matz chiropractic, got two adjustments in two appointments for less than half the cost! They listened and provided what I requested. read more

Never go there. This guy gives the first impression that he cares so much for your pain and you are important to him, but he does it in such an over the top manner that you find yourself questioning his sincerity. I went there for around 2 months, sometimes twice a week. He insured me that the bill would be based on a set monthly amount instead of by the appt. due to my financial state and my agreement to continue to see him for a year. When my re-exam was due to see if I'd made progress he cut it off in the middle saying he didn't have the time to finish.....hmmm, ok. So when I made another appt at the front desk I asked them to please insure I get enough time to discuss my treatment, especially since he seemed to be in a rush for the 2 months I'd been seeing him (oh, except for that first day. Odd?) Well when my appt rolled around the next week when I got there the waiting room was the fullest I'd seen it yet. I waited oh 10 min maybe then left feeling angry and betrayed. So I sent him an email with my official complaint and his response was "I don't think this is working out." He dumped me!!! Then he billed me for individual sessions making my bill WAY more then I'd agreed to. And after making several payments over time I sent him a letter requesting he lower my amount since he so unprofessionally kicked me to the curb and I now have a NEW pain in my neck that makes it hard to sleep at night and need the money to seek other help. I also requested he add my payments made to my bill so that I may see that they are being properly deducted. Well soon after he sent me a bill. The exact same bill he's been sending, no changes at all. No responding note, no nothing. So here I am, to tell you NOT to give this hypocrite your money. Good luck with the management of your own pain, it's a real battle when these are the kinds of people we have to depend on. read more
