No cable, no trees, no rules, no amenities-- and we were probably the only true RV campers here. The laundromat here was closed because of the coronavirus; so can't make comment on that. But the price should have been less because of that not being available. Noise level from souped up pickup trucks rather loud. Would not return nor recommend.

This is a perfect place for us. No frills, no unneeded amenities, no kids, only a few sites,…read morereasonably priced, and pretty quiet. The owner, who is very nice, also owns the BBQ place that is adjacent to the park. The BBQ is DELICIOUS by the way!!! No issues with power, water or sewer - everything worked well. We were able to get the concrete site which was pretty level. Wasn't expecting much in the way of internet access, but we were pleasantly surprised - really good internet!! There is a small building with a FREE washer and dryer in one room and a rest room/shower in the other. There is a road nearby but the noise wasn't bad at all. A couple trains per day go through town, but again, not bad. I wish there was a place like this in every town we stay in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!
