I called the office & requested a quote for a new one. Todd came out & looked at our current set up then got back to us with a price saying they would be out the following week to install it. I asked if there was any way to get it done sooner. He went to Tulsa to pick the unit up, rearranged their schedule and came the very next day! This new unit works better than the old one did, even when the older one was new! I'm so thankful for H&P and finally have peace of mind that the a/c is not going to quit in the hot summer. We drove down there to pay and move the last bit of stuff out. The owner was not there and the employee he spoke with was excessively rude! She stated, "we would need to speak to the owner" and when he asked for a receipt for the keys, she refused to give us one. When my husband called the number to speak to the owner, the owner was nice enough. Unfortunately, they felt no need to apologize for their employees behavior. Their employees represent their company, and refusing to give a receipt is highly unethical. I'm very disappointed in this behavior.
