All I asked for was a delivery of flowers for my daughter for her birthday. They not only didn't deliver, but the owner told me I was being childish because I complained and didn't give her an opportunity to 'make it up' to me. I have told my co-workers about this order and suggested they not use them. There are plenty of other florists around willing to give a good product and good service. They did give my daughter a free bouquet and apologized, which she was happy with, but it still doesn't change my first impression of this company. read more

AMAZING! 3 Wishes did my wedding bouquet and some smaller arrangements for the cocktail hour. I am thrilled with how they turned out, and have gotten many compliments on the arrangement! We went with this local shop for my daughter's wedding flowers and very disappointed in the results. All flowers were transported in water but every hydrangea was wilting by ceremony time. As the mother of the bride, my corsage was browning by 8pm. The floral wire was wrapped down the boutonnieres and visible looking very tacky. When we returned the vases and expressed our disappointment with Jodi she apologized and assured us she would contact her supplier for a refund. We have never heard another word. Much like when trying to call the shop. The call was rarely answered and she was more interested in working by text. If we needed to address something it was better to stop in the shop in person. I will not go back nor will I suggest anyone go there. read more

I've used 3 Wishes a few times and they went above my expectations each time. One, for a Graduation bouquet...the roses were bigger than i expected...the graduate said they "were the most beautiful roses ever!" and made me look like a champ! On another occasion I ordered an arrangement for a 60th birthday party and just told Jodi i wanted a $50 flower something that will sit on the table with cake and gifts. She nailed it...beyond my expectations!!! So beautiful...I wish I could post a picture. Another time I needed flowers for a birthday I forgot and Jodi put together a beautiful vase with flowers for me to take home in about 20 minutes! I also bought a wreath from them at Christmas time for my front door and can't count the compliments I received. As long as they keep doing what they are doing, I will not use another flower company. read more

The flowers for my daughter's wedding were ruined. We were embarassed to have the groom wear his boutineer and the for the brideemaids to walk with the weeds she made for bouquets. I tried for months to get a partial refund and she put me off instead of doing the right thing and refunding as any good business owner should have done. I received a basket of flowers for Mother's Day that was delivered on Friday It was a tiny basket with all white flowers including lilies and roses. The main flowers were brown tipped and spotted, obviously not fresh. It looked hastily thrown together, the green florist foam clearly visible in several places. By Sunday it was wilted, and dropping petals. I hate to think my kids paid for this mess. I am including photos with this review. I would never recommend this shop for any occasion. read more

I placed an order for a same day delivery with this company because they listed on their website that they did domestic deliveries in the US and Canada. I listed instructions for the flowers to be delivered to my best friend's office before 5PM as it was her birthday and she is in a town where she doesn't know anyone. I received an email confirmation and waited excitedly all day for her call that she received them. At 4:00, still no call so I began trying to call the shop. No answer. For an hour, no answer. Called the following morning, no answer. Finally called the owner's cell number and she told me she "rejected" the order yesterday morning because it was out of state. I never received a phone call, e-mail, NOTHING to alert me that my order was not going to be filled. Horrible customer service. Horrible business practice. And now I have a best friend that thought no one celebrated her on her special day. Just an overall terrible experience. read more
