After making every excuse in the book not to work out. I found a place that accomplishes a lot in very little time. You get to beat the crap out of dummies and pads which is a nice way to take out any frustration. Best part about it is that its fun, time flies by and I burnt as many calories that it takes me almost 2 hours to do anywhere else in a 30 minute lunch break. I took my measurements and weight prior to my work out and will do this for a month ( 3-4 times a week) and post my results. Affordable for unlimited access too. read more
