I asked to switch units or have some sort of grace and I was sent an email explaining nothing would be done for me and my lease will be cancelled. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere because this has thrown a wrench into my move to Tampa- 5 days prior to the date of my move. This is insane.

We had to buy some trash bags, there was an exposed power strip that was very overloaded and when we opened the dishwasher to look for coffee cups it was full of stale dirty water and mold on the dishes inside. I'd think for the $65 cleaning fee, the place would be clean. Other than that bit of grossness, we enjoyed our stay.

Despite repeatedly opting out and unsubscribing through multiple channels, the communications continue. What's frustrating is that this company offers exactly the type of housing I'm looking for. However, I have decided not to do business with them because of what I consider to be an extremely aggressive, inappropriate, and unprofessional marketing approach. Not a single other company I contacted has behaved this way. As a result, I will be leaving a one-star review for every unwanted marketing email I receive going forward. My company is currently relocating several people to this area, and I have already advised all of them to avoid interacting with this company online. They will tack on fees any chance they get. Hannah will intentionally avoid you at all costs. They will laugh in your face and not respond to you. They will ignore you on purpose and the only way to get any response is by reaching out to corporate and then it's still a 50/50 shot. Apartments are cheaply made. Maintenance and upkeep is awful.
