Alex had done a small job for us about a year ago. We had him bid and do a larger job of removing a large part of our lawn and replacing with staged rock beds, removing 3 large junipers, moving sprinklers and adjusting some landscape steps. Wow. Alex and his guys were top notch. We found them via a recommendation on Nextdoor and called about replacing 2,000 square feet of dead sod and weeds. They provided a competitive bid combined with a high quality job. And he had the entire job scheduled and done in less than a week after contacting him. And it was not a standard job as it required navigating native open space and parking a few hundred yards away. They had to tear out a few inches of ground while protecting the existing irrigation system and then level and prep and lay the sod. Outstanding Lawn Service at a fair price! - (303 Lawn and Landscape) We live on a cul-de-sac in Aurora. Our back yard is incredibly wide and is an upward slope. My wife and I are in our 70's with some mobility issues. The last twenty-five feet of the full width of our yard is at such a tremendous angle that we were unable to find a lawn service to come in and remove the waist high weeds, brush, and starter trees from this location. Fortunately, we discovered 303 Lawn and Landscape listed in the Nextdoor app and gave them a call. Alex responded with a favorable quote and quoted removal of a massive amount of 40-year-old juniper bushes that had been taking over the yard. All was agreed and days later, the entire back yard slope was cleared. The team did amazing work, (see the video ad of them hacking away at the junipers on Nextdoor). Once cleared, Alex's team installed weed-block fabric on the upper twelve feet of the hill, preventing the weeds from returning. Later, in the fall I will plan to cover everything with colored mulch or rock. Again, let me say that we are pleased with the job performed by 303 Lawn and Landscape and will be contacting them again for some driveway and porch work. read more

Alex and his crew were phenomenal. We used them to build a gravel pad for a hot tub in our backyard. They did that...and removed a garden, hauled out the dirt and other materials, leveled the pathway, replaced some rotted 2x4s and displacement in our fence, reset the rock bed dividers, and handled every little thing we asked with diligence and great service. My husband and I have watched the excellent work of the 303 Lawn and Landscape company, via Instagram and our community's NextDoor social platforms for well over a year now. So, we decided to deal with because of their excellent work and positive customer reviews. On March 12th at 9:06pm we emailed them with our project request. Right away we were quoted $300 - $500.00 to trim the canopy's (only) on several trees. That quote was sent to us promptly at approximately 9:15pm. I mean, how did they reach this price without even seeing 1 single tree, let alone, in the dark of night????? Anyway, the next morning I sent an email asking if someone could stop by and assess the job. It took 2 days for Alex to get back with me. Ugh! We set the day for Sunday, March 16th. He chose the time, 11:00am. Well, that Sunday morning we received a text message asking if we he could meet with us at 1:00pm? Although we had arrangements to be elsewhere at that time, we pushed our plans back and waited for Alex to show up at 1:00pm. He showed up, we all walked our property, he understood the job, and he promised he would get a "firm bid" back to us that evening. (That was the time frame HE CHOSE to send us the quote back), and after about 5 minutes, all was done. Monday night around 8:30pm we received a text message quote for $700.00!!!! We thought the previous range quote was $300 - $500.00??? Now it's gone up to a firm $700.00????? Is that the racket game this company plays???? Give you 1 quote and then by the time they get out there to do the work, it miraculously goes up another couple of hundred dollars???? And to boot, the very next day, I texted him back, thinking that he may have gotten our project and another person's project/the numbers mixed up price wise... Welp, to this very day and time, crickets!!! We have not gotten any emails, texts, nor phone calls. We have been GHOSTED!!! NO RESPONSE AT ALL! TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! It is beyond me how this company has a 5-star rating on this platform??? But I guess they provided excellent service to 2 CUSTOMERS!!! Thanks, but no thanks, 303 Lawn and Landscape. Alex and his team did an amazing job! They came out to clean my gutters and trim back dead and overhanging branches, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, communication was excellent--they were quick to respond, super friendly, and very professional. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, but they worked hard, finished everything beautifully, and still honored their original quote.
