Wow! I am so impressed by the junk removal service I received from this company today. I called around 12pm to see if they could pick up my dresser that fell apart during my recent move. The representative stated someone could come by between 2pm and 4pm same day. I was both surprised and delighted that they were able to schedule me for same day pick up, especially right before the 4th of July holiday! A couple of hours later I received a phone call from the junk removal crew that they were about 20min away. I was able to pay them for their service with a debit card with no extra charge, and their system let me tip electronically too which was nice since I never have cash on me. The removal team of two were both quick and efficient with taking my dresser away. They even removed my dishwasher racks, which I had to toss due to rust from the previous owner, for no extra charge! This company made it so easy and were light years better overall than the junk removal service I used a week ago to pick up my couch. What a great experience! When I returned from 2.5 years overseas I found that my couch and 5 oriental carpets worth more than $5,000 had all been ruined while in storage as Stash Storage Near Me, 900 Grant St Denver. There were thousands of moths feasting on my carpets and my couch. A total loss and Stash Storage did nothing to help me, made me hire someone to haul the mess away, which Junk King did for a great price. They sent two men who gathered up the swarming mess without complaint and hauled it all off to their truck. After another service left me high and dry, I contacted Junk King. It was around 10:30am, they told me that could be here between 1p-3p. Totally doable, but later than I wanted. The guys called me and told me they were able to come earlier. Much earlier, which turned out to be AWESOME!!! Keep me on my schedule. Two guys showed up and moved my 4 pieces furniture out of here faster than it took me to pay them. If you book online, you can get an extra $20 off. Both guys, were very nice and faster.
