Now they charge for receiving too many packages. What a crock of you know what. That was the purpose for shipping a UPS Store. Now they monetize it even though we have a mailbox there. The rates continue to skyrocket. We will be taking our business elsewhere as soon as we are up for renewal. It is obvious that they do not value our business any more. I feel sorry for anyone that uses a UPS store to ship packages. You are paying the highest prices in the land. Get your own shipstation account or even use Paypal shipping and save!
