Started out many years ago as a very decent organization. Now they are sending mail back saying that an company we have had listed there for years is not on the account. Now they charge for receiving too many packages. What a crock of you know what. That was the purpose for shipping a UPS Store. Now they monetize it even though we have a mailbox there. The rates continue to skyrocket. We will be taking our business elsewhere as soon as we are up for renewal. It is obvious that they do not value our business any more. I feel sorry for anyone that uses a UPS store to ship packages. You are paying the highest prices in the land. Get your own shipstation account or even use Paypal shipping and save! When will they start charging for Amazon returns? Very dissapointed. read more

We have used this UPS store for the past few years as a place to drop off packages with exiting labels for UPS and USPS. We have brought a few Amazon returns with just the QR codes. Staff is responsive, kind, and reliable. read more

I avoid this store at all costs. Both of the employees (which I assume are the owner or owners) are unfriendly and visibly show their annoyance when you bring in Amazon returns. They have a sign up that says something to the effect of "have your Amazon returns ready as you approach the counter". So I print our my return slips and tape them to each item -- I could not be more "prepared". But then I get to the counter and the woman claims my printed return slips won't scan with the scanner gun. No recommendations on how to help me...just "sorry, it doesn't work". I left that store and went to the Parker/Main St location and all 10 of my Amazon returns scanned immediately and easily with their scanner gun. So, I will never go the this Castle Pines store again. If you don't want to handle Amazon returns then don't run a UPS store. read more

Refuses to take postal service packages even though they are contracted with postal service to do so.

The UPS Store Manager, Nicole, reached out and has been very helpful in following up with corporate regarding tracing my lost bag and initiating a claim. I am pulling together more identification information regarding the value of the contents so the processing can be completed. I am still angry about the lost scuba equipment bag but Nicole made us feel like someone is on our side and working towards a resolution. Her follow up and kindness is noteworthy and is making the best of a bad situation. read more

This is about UPS in general. I'm so appalled with the level of customer service we have received. I paid $80 so that the item would come on Monday and it appears the package was "mis scanned" and after that, there's no additional scans on the package. So it's now Wednesday and I'm assuming he package has been lost. Ups just doesn't care. All they can say is an "investigation has been started" but no additional information. I will never use ups again and I'll make sure everyone is aware of the carelessness ups has with packages. They won't find your lost package! This is the third time a package has been lost with ups so I will just never use them again read more

Horrible service. Store manager / assist manager that worked 6.16.21 evening apparently did not want my business. He was very rude and clearly up charged what I needed done because he didn't want to mess with posting my small packages. He was going to charge me 3 times what it would cost to go through the USPS (I was expecting it to cost more, but that was ridiculous), when I questioned the cost, he sarcastically said, "well, we're not the post office". Oh, and He was going to charge me a fee for tying up his computer for an hour while he processed everything. If you'd like to be taken care of by someone that cares and actually does their job, go to Castle Pines Postal Center right across from the CP Library - added bonus, she has a fun gift shop in front of the postal section. read more

Rude staff / owner... I've use this location several times because it's conveniently close to my home in Castle Pines. About 90% of the time I am greeted by a blonde haired woman, middle aged who seems to be very annoyed that I walked into her store. She never greets me with a smile or "hi, how are you, how can I help?"... It's always a stone face and what is the fastest way I can get you out of my store... just yesterday I walked in to mail a few things and her first comment to me was "are you dropping off?" - she was hoping I just had a simple drop off and prepaid label... why do I keep going back there??? I hope they get a competitor soon. read more

Third or fourth time around using this location's service and it has yet again exceeded my expectations! The staff, were again, all very friendly and assisted me with great care. Today I stopped in to ship a hockey stick. I was told $26.00 for UPS ground. I asked about USPS and was told 70.00 something since it had to go priority. Had to consider other options for those prices. Shipped via USPS priority with tracking for 11.00. Can't believe the price gouging. read more

I agree - This location is awful. I came in to print a few documents this morning. First, the self service computer has out of date anti-virus software and an old version of Windows. The USB ports on the front (not that i exactly wanted to put my flash drive in anyway) were broken, so i asked the associate (Ron I think) to print the documents for me. He was too lazy, so he brought me back over to the computer and plugged my flash drive in on the back. He then had the nerve to charge me a $5 computer rental fee. I challenged it saying i had asked him to print the documents in the first place. He replied saying something to the effect of "Well I would have had to use the computer anyway." Just an awful experience end to end. Ron has no customer service skills at all. read more

I went in with many packages. Their computers were down so it took forever. The clerk worked hard and I thought I was good to go. All of my copies of the labels were correct. Long story short, even though my copy of the labels had the correct addresses, they mistakenly addressed it to me. My copy of the label was correct and I can only assume they needed to re-do the labels once the computers were up and running and they made a mistake. When I went back to re-send the package I was treated rudely and blamed for the mistake. I gave an extra line in the address which was no longer needed. This had NOTHING to do with the package being sent to me. It was not returned as they would like to claim. Returned packages have return to sender on them and don't come back the next day. The label that they printed on the package was addressed to me. Not my mistake. The owner and clerk both blame me for the issue, which logic and written proof say otherwise. The extra line wouldn't work with their system when I came back, so how did they print the original label correctly? Obviously, they didn't. They just screwed up and sent it to me. Bottom line, they make mistakes, they are rude and unhelpful correcting them and will blame you for their mistakes. read more

If I could rate it a negative that would still not due it justice. Jerry the clerk was extremely rude when I complained that I was being charged double the rate for the exact same item I just shipped 2 months ago for double the distance. He also stated he "got through" 75 years just fine with his attitude when I admonished him of his poor customer service. Ah ha, he did not state he was successful in life with that bad display of behavior. Go any place else, drive far out of your way than go to this store, unless you like crabby old men to provide poor service. Unfortunately the item was dropped off other wise I would have had it taken elsewhere. He conveniently would not wait on me while the person waited. Now I know why! read more
