My RV was leaking Radiator fluid like rain and we were breaking down at I-80 & Ex. 68 or Little America, Wy. I got on the phone looking for RV repair and no one wanted to touch it. Plus Good Sam Platinum pack is not with the paper it's printed on. (another review and they won't like it) So I called Rocky Mt. Diesel Truck guys across the parking lot from Little America RV park, Wolfgang and crew came to my rescue. It was able to be fixed the next AM by ANDY, a really great mechanic and person. Andy was understanding about my rush to get back due to my Father-in-Law heading into hospice, why I am in a rush. He fixed the hose clamp and we are good to roll. They don't work on RV's, I was just lucky to find people with some compassion to get a horse photographer back on the road. Many thanks, Kim Cook www.ishoothorses.com

Again stay away from this shop.

Unfortunately, that dealership was Brower Brothers Nissan. I asked for a spare chipped key to start the vehicle and asked to have a door key cut. That caused some confusion (I even mentioned if they don't do door keys, I'd go to a hardware store) and an overcharge, since they misinterpreted my request for a door key and decided to make two chipped spare keys. I was in a hurry since I came from out of town and had a timeline to get home in order to pick up my kids. My bad, I didn't refuse the second key on the spot. I should have, because what I wanted was a spare chipped key and a metal door key. Ultimately, Brower Brothers Nissan refused to admit fault and gleefully made more money off of me than they should have. I will be taking my truck elsewhere for service, since if I can't trust a dealership with a simple key request, why would I trust them with something I need to depend on to get around? It would have been easy for them to tell me, "No, we don't make door keys." I would have left happy with my spare key and made another appointment for a multi point inspection on my truck. I'm disappointed. I like to support local (and in Wyoming, local is a relative term) businesses and often go out of my way to do so. I will not be returning to this business and urge others to avoid them if possible.

We called Whisler Chevrolet (they were the closest to our location), and were told to bring the vehicle by and they would check it and get us back on the road quickly. Upon arrival (11am), we were informed the service technician was on his way to lunch and would diagnose our vehicle when he got back from lunch in an hour. After some time we were told the vehicle needed a new transmission, and they had one in the shop, but were waiting for GM to approve the repair as a warranty claim. Eventually, the warranty repair was approved by GM, but we were told the repair would not be made until Monday morning because no shop work was done after hours or on weekends. We were very frustrated because we had been at the dealership for 7 hours and nothing had been done to repair our vehicle. The shop employee suggested we talk to a salesperson about trading our vehicle for a new truck (which we had only had for 4 months). She introduced us to the salesperson, and the first thing he told us was the repair amount would be subtracted from our trade-in value despite the fact it was a warranty issue (this practice hardly seems ethical). We canceled our weekend plans, rented a U-haul truck so we could tow our camper to a campground less than a mile from the dealership, and spent 3 unnecessary days in a town in which we had no interest.
