I had no appointment, Rock Springs had to get the piece from another dealership & they completed the job that day. The service gentleman was very apologetic, sympathetic to the situation, and explained the issue well. Took my ATV in for service and tune up and told them 10 times to change all fuilds and filters…read more They had it for a month and rebuilt the carb changed the oil and oil filter. They did not change the fiulds in the diff or change the coolant, just topped them off. They didnt change the air or fuel filters. All this was on the work order. The person at the service desk could care less and gave me attitude. I had to have the machine and will take it to another kawasaki dealer as I was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get it back in. DO NOT GO Here!!!!! should be no stars

We were on our way to Canada via San Francisco, and had very limited funds. We needed a fix that would get us to Canada, where we'd be able to afford to do the larger repair that was needed. We explained this all to Dennis, and he understood. Instead of ripping us off like the other shops wanted to, he came up with a solution that would get us safely to Canada, where he made us promise we'd have the serious repairs done ASAP. The repair was done quickly and well - and he even called us the next day to check we were okay. What a sweetheart! Honestly, if it wasn't for Dennis, we'd still be stuck in Rock Springs. Even if you broke down in there service bay, you'd have a better run of things paying someone to tow it to ANYONE in Rock Springs as I have a bit of experience now with just about all of them. I brought in my 97 Accord for a CV Axle replacement which I already had a mechanic in Rock Springs to diagnose while having other work done and I was told my auto would be available in about 2 days. I received a call the next day to inform me that my CV Axle was fine and the issue was in fact with my Wheel Hub/Bearing assembly. I informed the front desk girl that I had already had it diagnosed so then informed her that if it fixed the issue of stability and crackling sound, to go ahead and do it. The next day I received a call informing me that my car was ready to be picked up, the Hub and Bearing had been replaced however, if I wanted the crackling sound to go away.....YOU GUESSED IT! I would need to replace the CV Axle which would be an additional 500$ (a job that 3 mechanics in Rock Springs quoted me 310$-345$ the very next day. Having written down the CV Axle replacement on my initial paperwork and having been told directly that the CV Axle was not my issue, I attempted to plea my case to no avail and was repeatedly informed by the desk girl Kelli (Whom I believe is the composer of this companies only good review on here) that my car was a danger to myself and everyone else on the road. I took Auto Shop for 3 years in High School and one semester in College, along with doing all of my own upkeep and repairs for the past 10 years. She used the manipulation of what she seemed to believe would strike fear into me along with ambiguous communications with Paul the mechanic, who never communicated with me directly to justify the fact that what I brought my car in for had not been fixed and assured me that the work they did "needed to be done anyway". Approx. 500$ and countless hours turned days of stress later I have a car with the initial issue still effecting it and a sour taste in my mouth for how these crooks can look themselves in the mirror each morning (though, presentation and professionalism would suggest they dont) Another bothersome bit of info is that they refuse to order parts from anyone but NAPA even though the NAPA is literally across Dewer Dr from an AutoZONE and an O'Reillys. Whether you find it better or worse, this basically means you have a 160% price mark up for a slightly better warranty. That's how they justified the fact that my hub was 220$ instead of the 98$ cost I found the parts for at Autozone Genuinely, and from the bottom of my heart, I urge anyone to AVOID IMPORTS PLUS AT ALL COSTS! I received my best service and assessment from a man name Kevin at Rock Springs Auto Repair 1709 Elk St Rock Springs, WY (307) 362-2286. He literally diagnosed my car's issues and knowing that I had fallen on a tough time including my experience with Imports Plus, told me the assessment which took about 30mins would be on him. He told me he'd rather have my respect than make a quick buck me.

Last week I called there I left more then one message over the course of a few days and he wouldn't call me back I had to go down there myself to get info and he told me he was working me into the system like really? I should be at the top of the list and every one else should wait cause I already paid you! I'll admit I've been waiting on a new oil pan but he claims to have order it 2 weeks ago and when I called him a week after He ordered it he told me it was suppose to have been there but it wasn't didn't know what was going on and didn't know when it would be in. When I went down there and he told me he was working me into the system it was there and that was a week ago and now he won't call me back and his shop is still looked up. And when I first brought my car back he tried telling me there was no leak I had to go down there myself get under the car myself take a pic go in there show him and make him get under the car and show him the leak then he told me it was weird that he looked under my car and ran his finger under the pan and there was no leak. Which is bs the oils not gonna just vanish then reappear when I get under. And after all that he told me he bent the oil pan when removing it and tried to just use more sealant to stop the leak but it didn't work which means if it had worked he would've given me the car back with a bent oil pan which is unacceptable and makes me wonder if the reason it was still leaking the first time after I paid him is because he bent the pan and didn't tell me! I have asked Rick Marshall to diagnose and repair my trailer. My complaint was that my brakes wont…read morehold while sliding tandems. I had asked Rick to check everything including the slack adjusters the brake chambers everything. I dropped the trailer off for multiple days. I came back to pick up my trailer. Marshall's Truck Repair had replaced 2 bearings. 4 slack adjusters. A seal and a gasket. I paid $1,350.43. The tandems were sliding as they were prior (with and empty trailer). But as soon as we loaded the trailer, brakes would not hold while sliding tandems. I immediately called Rick to complain that my complaint was not fixed! He said bring it back and we will look at it again. I could not bring it back as we only travel through Wyoming very very seldom. Then i took my trailer to a Utility dealership with the same complaint, "brakes wont hold while sliding tandems while loaded". Utility technicians found that the slack adjusters that were installed were not the right ones. They were not even lining up with the clevis when your braking, so the push rod is not allowing the slack adjuster to adjust my brakes causing bad brake wear or lack thereof. I also now need new brake chambers. Also an improper quantity of grease was used. The grease was sticking to the walls causing improper operation of the wheel end oil seal. My trailer was incorrectly diagnosed by Marshall's Truck Repair. Then they installed the incorrect parts. I called Rick and emailed him a detailed description of what is going on but he would not get back to me. Then i called again and he would finally speak with me over the phone. Rick says that i requested to replace the slack adjusters, which i did not, my request was to diagnose and repair "brakes wont hold while sliding tandems". Even with all the supporting documents photos and evidence Rick is not going to make it right for the customer. Instead Rick chooses to blame the customer for his shop's lack of professionalism. Rick Marshall is the owner, part of being the boss is accepting mistakes and making them right. Guys be aware of this shop, go somewhere else. Go some place you can trust with your equipment. This business is dirty. They will just throw unnecessary also INCORRECT parts at your equipment at YOUR expense and will not own up to anything done wrong. I lost out on $1,350.43 and more because now i have to pay a different shop to repair my trailer correctly with the correct parts. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP they are PREDATORY they will give you a headache and make you loose money. ZERO trust ZERO customer service, its a mom and pop shop, NOT DEPENDABLE at all.

It was there two weeks they could not figure out why it was going into limp mode no codes. Finally took it to Addicted with in minutes Jason said you got a intercooler hose leak thats why it is not throwing codes. He over nighted the parts and the next day we were up and running.
