She was young, with dark hair and wore her hat backward. She seemed nice enough right off, but then a few minutes later, she was having a conversation with another employee and the f bomb was flying everywhere. She said to the other that she was doing something but didn't want to f with the other. If this had been taking place in the bar area that would be more understandable as it is more an adult atmosphere, but this was in the dining area where families frequent. A few minutes went by and then a gentleman cam in and sat behind me with a young boy of about 9 or 10 years old. The f bombs and other swear words just kept coming with loud boisterous talking across the room as they were vacuuming and sweeping. All while everyone was trying to eat a peaceful meal. I don't think this is the kind of place I want to frequent anymore, nor my friends who mostly have kids. I was eating there at least once a week but now I think I'm done. Employees acting like that in front of paying guests is a real good way to lose business in this town. I know they've lost this one, and probably a few more, and a few more from them, and a few more from them...

You can tell this family has put a lot of time and love into making this a fun family outing. Creative and fun "rides" like the tractor pulled wagon cars. Slides. Mazes. Petting zoo. Little kid area. And more! Well worth the $10/ person (age 3+) admission fee. We went the last Saturday before Halloween, and to our surprise the pumpkins were half off! Even so late in the season, we still found some great pumpkins. It was a fun way to spend 2-3 hours. We'll be back next year for sure!!

I had heard alot of good things about this course and was ready for a great experience. I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Most higher end courses I have played will give you a heads up when there are things going on as far as maintenance and renovations green punching etc. When checking in there was no mention of anything to be aware of for the day. Needless to say pretty much the entire course was "under some sort of construction" with the course torn up for renovations etc! Many holes had crews working on and around the fairways with not much regard for players hitting their shots. I was extremely disappointed in my experience with what is considered a high end course to play. We were charged full price ($100+) each for this round. No complimentary water???? Needless to say I will not be back. We played Briarwood the next day and the experience was like night and day in the positive sense. At the very least YCC could have let us know the construction going on or maybe even offered a slight discount on green fees.

I watched the old clubhouse with lots of wonderful memories be leveled last year and replaced with a gorgeous, well thought out, and beautifully designed structure. It is apparent that we have a hard-working staff that really takes pride in their beautiful new surroundings. I feel blessed and grateful to be a member of such a wonderful club and look forward to the coming years.

Hiking and Art, what a combination!…read more I discovered Tippet Rise last year but was too late in reserving tickets. I am glad to report that I have made a visit and it was spectacular! It was more than I could imagine and the experience is worth telling over and over. The location is about 2 hours Northeast of Yellowstone National Park. It is a tad secluded but that is part of it's allure. It is the right amount of misplacement. The county/city will not allow signs to be put up to help visitors so follow the GPS wisely. It is not difficult to find. There isn't too many turns or roads to take. There are about 5 - 6 enormous sculptures location within the property, including a piece loaned by the Smithsonian. The furthest piece is about 5 miles one way. Visits are allowed to bring their own bikes with helmets or simply hike. There is also a shuttle service so hiking and biking is not a commitment. Jenny was the staff member shuttling all the visitors around and she was amazing! She was friendly, so knowledgeable and kind. She added to the fantastic experience! The property was all ranch land and is rented out to cattle farmers so there are cows and sheep roaming all around. It is a great site to see. The center does provide food for purchase. All the food is prepared and sold by Wild Flower Kitchen. I had their fruit salad, garden salad and grain salad. They were all delicious, simple and local. Their oatmeal cookie also hit the spot. Tips: - Bring sunscreen even on a cloudy day. - Be sure to check in and check out. - Bring hiking shoes and plenty of water. Pros: - Large groups welcomed. - Tours are provided, only $10 each. - Such a beautiful area. Cons: - Only open 4 months out of the year. This place is a hidden gem and I hope more people visit! They are well organized and they've got a great system. They always keep into account the visitors' safety. Everyone is friendly and enjoys what they do. Be sure to reserve and visit!
