It's well maintained, and has lots of natural light. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, and treat their patients with respect. I feel confident that they're providing a high standard of care. When I called Niceville Family Practice, Mrs. Cindy was so helpful. She got me in on the same day I called. I saw their ARNP (Registered Nurse Practitioner), Kimberly Smith. Mrs. Kimberly was so friendly and helpful. I had a question about a new prescription and even though she wasn't familiar with it, she went and did some research while I waited. She came back with the required tests I would need and had me on my way in no time. I had to return shortly after for a follow up and they got me in so fast and I was back to work in less than an hour. However I did not feel like I was rushed in any way! Mrs. Smith took her time in going over everything with me. I definitely recommend this practice!
