The cold brew is delicious, and she offers different options for flavor and milk -- but the best part of getting coffee from Mamaleelu is Maliesha herself! After a couple weeks of getting coffee she remembered me and my order, and getting to have a small chat with Maliesha once a week was one of my highlights of last summer. One day in particular I was having a really bad day and week, and she gave me a bottle of concentrate that had a broken lid that she'd been saving all day to give to someone. It's so important to have businesses run by local owners who care about their community, and see their customers as people and neighbors. I look forward to being able to buy coffee and have a small chat with Maliesha at the Farmer's Market again some day!

I stopped by, had a really friendly chat with the woman behind the counter, ordered an iced latte, and walked off. This is good stuff. However, I had a disappointing experience with the raspberry truffle macchiato. I've had it before and it was always delicious, but this time it was terrible. I tried mixing the syrup from the bottom to improve the taste, but all I could taste was bitter coffee. There were also grainy chunks in the drink that made it completely undrinkable and disgusting. I'm unlikely to return to this coffee shop. I won't wait that long for only one of the two drinks to be drinkable.
