With the remodel, this Starbucks has turned over a new leaf. It's funny how small things like a store upgrade/facelift seem to affect the baristas' attitude & enthusiasm. When I came to this location, prior to the face lift - it was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I've been to at least 50+ domestically and internationally. I ordered a matcha latte & they put chai in it. Can you imagine how disgusting a chai matcha latte tastes? Ugh. Then I ordered the then new steak wrap - it was cold on the inside but burnt on the outside. The above was all swiftly addressed by SBUX HQ, but it was irritating that this was my only SBUX location option on the way to work. But I visited again this Spring, right after the face lift & it's EONS better. Glad to call this one my new home base. I just wish that there was a smidge more seating as it's always pretty packed. I go everyday to this Starbucks and that might have to change. They always close their lobby, and have excuses that the are short-staffed, even though I've seen from the window that there's pleny of workers chatting throughout the whole time they are "making the drink." Their drive-thru is slow and uncoordinated. There has been several times that they have forgotten something in my drink, a straw, or bakery item. I've had to go through the entire drive through AGAIN because they shut down their lobby constantly (just about every single day) Their coffee is inconsistent. This Starbucks really needs to get it together. They are NEVER open, and are always closed when it says they're location is open online. One time as we were in the middle of the drive through line, one of the workers got in the middle of the line and set out a sign saying they're closed blocking all of the cars from finishing their orders. Everybody had to figure out how to back up and get out of the long line. It was 3:00 even though online it said that their location closes at 5:00. Another time we called and asked if they were open, and they said they closed at 3:00. We got there at 2:52, and they wouldn't let us in and said they were closed. This is by far the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to and I have been to many. A few times in the past week I have ordered a latte and the milk has tasted sour. I have also been in when I have ordered a breakfast sandwich and have been treated rudely with the man with tattoos there. He has been unpleasant on a few different occasions. On one occasion I had asked him if he could check to see if my sandwich was ready since I had been waiting over 10 minutes and he told me that "that was not his station." The location is so convenient since I drive by there daily for work. I truly hope they will hire some friendlier staff to work there. read more

Virtual learning had this mama about to lose her this morning, so I headed to the Bucks just to be able to get out of the house and feel some sort of normal. A very cheery voice over the drive thru asked me how my day was going. I answered somewhat honestly and she proceeded to make me laugh for the entirety of my order. It is always so slow. I get it, it's basically the only game in town, and often its busy, so I can reasonably expect to wait. But, even during less busy times, there's no sense of urgency. And there's no rhyme or reason to when a cashier will be ready to help you or wander off to do a bunch of tasks while you stand there awkwardly at the register waiting to order. On my way to work today, I stopped into Starbucks to use my birthday coupon for a free drink. The young woman behind the counter was argumentative and rude. She told me I did not have enough stars to use my coupon. I told her it was a birthday coupon and it didn't require me to use my stars. She proceeds to argue that I didn't tell her that it was a birthday coupon, even though I showed it to her at the beginning of my order. She tried to ring me up for the full price of my sandwich and coffee. I asked for a manager who came up and told the woman to stop arguing with me. By this time I was extremely frustrated, and nearly walked out, but I had not eaten lunch yet,and I wanted to use my coupon. I finally got my free drink,paid for my sandwich, and left feeling very put out.
