I was in great pain while I was there and his office staff only "fluffed" me off. His assistant fit me for another pessary only to later find out it was the same size as the one I already had. So this is another lie Roberts told me. After his therapeutic technique the pessary should be resized and refit and nothing of the sort was done. I was hurting very badly while in his office after his diagnosis of me from two years ago and had questions none of which were answered nor did his assistant or office staff see to care. I can only assume that I was not beneficial in his making more money from me. After Dottie retired then Roberts new assistant is not at all helpful and definitely not caring. She just left the room and told me nothing nor did they give me a script or any other information? How uncompassionate a man is he? Just stay away from him and go to another OB/GYN because the choices Doctor Roberts makes regarding your health is for his own self motivation which is money. Plain and simple he made as much money as he could from the Medicare patients and when he could make no more he dropped them as a patient and left us all hanging. So I went to Joplin Urgent Care when they opened to get the cough checked. The doctor or PA gave me a prescription for cough medicine and some pills to numb that tickly throat feeling. Both helped! Mostly I was grateful for everyone's kindness at this clinic and their help in asking the pharmacy to fill the Rx quickly, so we could get back on the road.. Their main line of business is weight loss but they're also open for Urgent Care.
