After 3 emails and 2 phone calls, I was told it would arrive by Christmas. Emailed again this week asking for shipment information. I don't expect I am going to receive my package. Definitely going to dispute with my credit card company. Business practices are poor, customer service is worse. Never again will I support this local business.
