Dr Eric is my guy. I've been going here since 2009-2010? I've tried to find other chiropractors closer to home but I back track and head north to see this guy. He has been taking care of me and occasionally my family for quite some time. The first time I met Dr Eric, I was taken by his handsomeness and then quickly realized not only was he hood looking but he knew what he was doing. We've become friends over the years and watched our families grow. I appreciate his expertise and I'm thankful he's helped- even when I had a blocked eustachian tube in my ear/throat. Well...I am SO GRATEFUL I do not even know what to say. HEALING, TRUE HEALING, is something a lot of us authentically need during this pandemic. These people took me in when I could not find a chiropractor anywhere and had called some real doosies in the area. And that is being nice. Dr. Loberg is incredible. I have fibromyalgia and he was not afraid to give me a great adjustment and to fit in some other amazing therapies in a short amount of time. Since it was my first visit, he really listened to me and my concerns and compassionately let me share about how much pain I have been in from both losing people during the pandemic (several family members died from COVID) adding to my PTSD, but also the amount of pain I am in and what I needed. No appointment necessary! Woo hoo!! I love that I can just walk in, and I never wait more than 5-10 minutes to see either Dr Eric or Dr Nick. I get a marvelous adjustment, and they are so helpful recommending exercises or movements to help with any issues. And when I messed up my knee, they even gave that an adjustment, and recommended I see a doctor when they felt it was more serious than I was aware. OMG YES, please and thank you. I have been going to Chiropractors for most of my life and Dr. Loberg is definitely among the best! No BS, straight shooter, no "treatment plan". I feel great and I am confident that he really knows what he is talking about. I only get 12 visits a year with my insurance so I try and use them sparingly. EXPERT CARE! I have spent much of my life seeing Chiropractors (and massage therapists - here & abroad) and have to say that Dr. Eric Loberg is absolutely excellent! Both my husband & I see him - as do many of our friends now- and we are all MUCH better off as a result! I discovered Dr Eric after getting rear-ended right in front of his business. He got to treating my injuries and realigning everything before they even had a chance to knock me on my butt. Yes, I am a fan of Dr. Eric, he is efficient, kind & doesn't try to dazzle you with fancy foot work. He gets to the complaint with none of that complicated 'stuff' I've experienced in the past years. None of the extensive x-rays, exercise or weightlifting talk I had at two previous places, plus it's quiet, efficient & he does not have multiple patients lined up (like the other places.) My kind of self care is therapeutic massages, as much as possible as my schedule is available for it. It's like a must! Came here since they took my health insurance from my new employer. First time I came here, it was good, but this person was pregnant so honestly... I was kind of uncomfortable, felt like she should be on maternity leave and in my opinion she looked like she was 4-5 months, but what do I know? Anywho, I felt like they were so quick to work with me (fast results make my life easier), so I said ok I'll call them again, because I value speed. Then second time I came here on a whim to try it one more time... this time I had "Jessica" and she was memorable. Probably one of the best masseuse I've ever had. She's experienced and extremely talented. Listens to her clients and really delivers great work. I tell her my back hurts... bam, magic. I tell her I need relaxation from a crazy week from work. Dr Loberg and all of his staff have always been amazing. I was in a car accident in california right before i moved to Washington. His chiropractic work was able to get me back to 100% from severe whiplash without surgery. It wasn't a 1 time magic fix, but NO place is. I regularly have adjustments and chiropractic visits, as well as massage. His staff are awesome, and its like the highlight of my week when I am able to get a massage. Over the years I have been to MANY chiropractors all over the greater Seattle area. I did have another favorite but he was way on the other side of town. So, I asked a whole bunch of friends who they went to and why their chiropractor was so great. After being thoroughly unimpressed with them I gave Dr. Loberg (and Nick) a try. Wow! No comparison. I wish I had an opportunity to check out the clinic before writing a review but that can't happen when u don't get a call back and to answer a basic question and then when u call back again u get forgotten on hold, or ignored for 15 minutes until they closed...which ever the case may be. I wanted to make an appointment here so called to see if they take my insurance...this was at 2pm. The girl, Liz, said she was new so didn't know but would ask and call me back. Needless to say that didn't happen. So, I called back at 545, immediately when they answered they placed me on hold, I held until 610pm (knowing the probably wouldn't pick up since they closed at 6) when an acquaintance who referred me and was there for an appointment told me the receptionist apparently forgot I was on hold because she wasn't on the phone and didn't appear to be going back to the phone... I understand being new, but this is very poor customer service. I think I'll look elsewhere read more

This review is just based off of customer service since I wasn't even able to make an appointment for a new patient exam. I was really eager to go to this clinic based off of all the great reviews and with the reviews/website stating that walk-ins are welcomed was a definite plus. I called asking if they had any availability in the evening hoping the answer would be a yes but not surprised if it wasn't. What I am surprised about is the only 2 days/times I was offered was Wednesday ~9am and Thursday ~4pm. I let the manager know that I work 4 10 hour shifts Mon-Thurs so Friday would be better. After she kept reiterating those 2 times to me multiple times/me saying I would not be able to make them she let me know that new patient appointments are only available on certain days of the week. I let her know again that I wouldn't be able to make those days and asked if an exception could be made. I was told "no" because new patient exams take longer. She then tried to refer me to another clinic down the street. I'm just shocked that they would rather turn business away then try to work with someone's schedule on a day that they are open, that is only shortened by 2 1/2 hours compared to a full day. read more
