I have known Josh for a while now and I told him I was always interested in learning to fight and defend myself. He encouraged me to take some lessons and I loved it. I have absolutely zero background in any martial arts, and he has been so patient since day one. I've been with Coach Josh since 2020 where he was my first striking coach in an adult program. Through the last four years he has brought me into my amateur fighting career with large amateur organizations and built the confidence I needed to be as a competitor, student, and now fitness coach. I've been training with Josh roughly 2 years and his applied knowledge for Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing really shows that he has authentic experience and not some cookie cutter workout program. While striking does provide a great workout, Josh is able to piece together the "why" behind each strike, block and counter.
