My optimism was than shattered by Officer mall cop mayor of grumpy town. "You can't bring that drink in here!". Damn, it's June in Tucson and I'm gonna be Thirsty and will not stay long based on that whole thing where I need water to live on a 109° day thing. Whatever's. This store is fab for kids/juniors clothes. Just hide those juice boxes! Great stuff at $3-$5 a peice. Their purse selection was top notch and impressive. Makeup lasted for half a shelf (all unknowns) hair lasted about one shelf and consisted of grocery store brands dove basically. Just Dove. Did find my favorite brand of micellar water however and bought them out. Ladies clothing section may have been the smallest section in the store. Plus size , and jeans were aplenty and cute. No jewelry to speak of. Housewares were good as far as decor and tables, etc. The other housewares though- like rugs and towels. They were unpleasant just to touch! The store also has this awful chemical dank smell. I went to try on a shirt in the dressing room ( which looks like a place for hiding hostages) and asked if they had a restroom I could use. She said "no bathrooms here" with bewildering enthusiasm. Guess it was time to go. Oh, and guess what!!!! They are hiring! I wouldn't apply though. Every employee looks like they want to kill themselves. Maybe they are hiring in preparation for that??

1 out of 5 stars Seller charged a $119.95 restocking fee,…read morekept the sandals, and required more payment to return them. I purchased a pair of men's Teva sandals from Dress Code Clothing through my Amazon Prime account on June 25, 2026. They arrived on July 2. I tried them on briefly and walked only inside my home to check the fit. Because size 11 was too large, I immediately returned the sandals to their original box. Amazon approved the return on July 27. Dress Code Clothing's instructions stated that shoes had to be returned with the original shoe box and that tape or labels should not be placed directly on that box. I followed those instructions. On July 28, Amazon confirmed that the return had been received and was being sent to its return center. On August 3, however, the return summary showed a refund subtotal of $130.45, less a $119.95 fee. I received only $10.50--the sales tax. Dress Code Clothing claimed that the sandals had been returned in used condition, but the seller never provided photographs or other evidence showing the alleged damage or wear. Amazon Customer Service contacted the seller several times on my behalf. Dress Code Clothing continued to deny the refund. On August 18, Amazon asked the seller to return the sandals to me because the return had been rejected and I had been charged the restocking fee. The seller then said it would return my sandals only if I supplied a prepaid shipping label. In other words, Dress Code Clothing kept the $119.95 merchandise charge, kept the sandals, and expected me to pay additional shipping to recover the item I had already purchased. That is not a reasonable resolution. If a seller refuses a refund because it considers an item used, the item should at minimum be returned to the customer without imposing another charge--especially when no proof of the claimed condition was provided. Amazon ultimately stepped in on August 20 and issued an additional $114.10 refund. I appreciate Amazon's assistance, but it should not have taken repeated contacts and nearly two months to resolve a straightforward return. Based on Dress Code Clothing's handling of the return, the unexplained $119.95 restocking fee, its failure to provide evidence, and its refusal to return the sandals without additional payment, I can only give this seller 1 out of 5 stars.
