He committed during THREE different conversations to: mow, edge, fertilize, weed and maintain shrubs and trees. The only trees he said he could not tend to were our two very tall palms. In the one month we had his service he cashed our check but did not complete the work he stated he would do. He had excuse after excuse for why he couldn't meet his commitments to us. About two weeks ago he came to our home with his wife. During this visit, the three of us walked the yard and clearly defined the expectations for shrubs, lawns, etc. My husband and I were hesitant but decided to give them one more month to demonstrate their commitment to their customers.They didn't do what we discussed. UGH. Yesterday, he texted my husband that he couldn't (yet again) come to work on our yard but promised he'd be here today by noon to do everything. He and his wife showed up and claimed we misunderstood their intent..UGH. But then the real reason came out... they received our July check which is auto paid from Chase in a damaged state. They could NOT cash our check. I instantly knew God had intervened. I took the check out of Mrs. Beers hands and said, "Great, we no longer need your services."

I I had not had my yard mowed since Hurricane Irma, and was overdue. The person I had been using retired with the Hurricane and did not know anyone else. Posted ISO (In Search Of) on Zephyrhills On-Line-Yard Sale for recommendations. I received many replies, but this one impressed me, they had a Face Book Page dedicated to their business with before & after photos and good reviews. They replied to my PM (personal message) immediately, and would be available the next day. I also received a confirmation for the work & a courtesy message saying they were on their way, how thoughtful & professional. Upon arriving, they (husband & wife team) introduced themselves and did a walk around to view the yard and quote me a very fair price. I enjoyed talking with them, we shared a few stories; they had a great outlook and good sense of humor, which I appreciate. They actually made me feel like I had known them for some time as friends instead just meeting them. My yard looks good, they did a great job. I have found my new yard mowing company, look forward to working with them and recommend them to others.
