It was a fair price, and it was so lovely to come home to a pretty yard after a long day at work. I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. Others felt the property was not large enough, and several others didn't show up to give us a quote. We finally found Darren on Yelp and set up some time to speak with him. Darren is not only very professional, but he took the time to answer all of our questions, and promptly followed back up with a quote and answers to a few questions we had. This young man is genuinely a hard worker, very reliable, and quite impressive as a first time business owner. We have been working with Darren for about 2 months now and his communication is very well appreciated and his work ethic is exactly what we were looking for. Because of his reliability, the quality of his workmanship, and his willingness/ flexibility to work with our sometimes changing schedule + calendar is exactly why we chose to give him our business. When we look for vendors/ contractors, we look for people that we can trust so we can build a long term partnerships and relationships, because let's be honest, who wants to spend all their time looking for new vendors/ contractors? After calling, I discovered he intended to be 10 -20 minutes late. Generally, I do not tolerate tardiness, last minute cancellations or being stood up. Had to call again to see why no one was at my place. Obviously, Thaddeus had no intention to keep the appointment, nor did he wish to do so. when I stated he did not even inform me when he expected to arrive, I was ignored and dealt with bouts of silence. Often males do not know how to treat females assuming we must think like them, also are disrespectful towards us. I wasted the better part of the day waiting for Thaddeus and his brother to never appear. People like that should be penalized and my advice is to avoid this company.

When the mower was delivered; it was the incorrect model and had to be shipped back.When the correct mower finally arrived; it was triple shipped and it took countless calls and emails to correct the situation. My mower was fine for almost a year; then when pushing the power button; the blades would not engage. I was instructed by GreenWorks to take the mower to LKN Small Engine repair for a warranty repair which was completed; I picked the mower up in December. The mower sat for the winter and when I went to use in the spring; same issue. The warranty expired over the winter months and they did not care that a repair through their authorized service center was uneffective. They also claimed they had no record of a repair. LKN Small engine was able to provide me their documentation but Greenworks wouldn't help. LKN Small Engine also would not stand behind their repair. I would not recommend either company!
