I just got back from another trip to Vegas via Megabus and just wanted to update a few things:…read more The bus was early again, which was great since we left on time. The driver was nice, he was the same one from my first Megabus experience to San Jose! Anyways, I thought he'd stop at Barstow like the last driver but this was not the case. Not a big deal but good to note for future trips. Bus driver may or may not stop so grab some coffee or snacks ahead of time! This time I noticed there was a sign right as we exited the bus in Vegas that had instructions as to what to do to take the buses to the strip. The bus we took ($6 per person) dropped us off in front of Paris Hotel and we were staying at Flamingo so we had to walk a bit with our luggage. Personally I think I'll try to flag down a cab in the future but my friends didn't seem to mind doing that. On the way back, the driver stopped at Barstow but on the other side so we had an option of eating at Subway or grabbing snacks at the gas station. Good trip both ways except the girl sitting behind us was on the way back was on her phone a lot and talked about personal things we didn't need/want to hear very loudly! The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.

I was then stranded for 5 hours because my phone was dead. They offered a voucher for Uber but no phone so no voucher. I finally ended up getting home from riverside at 7pm I contacted metro link just for them to tell me theres nothing they can do to compensate me for this terrible experience. I work for a large charter school that is spread out in multiple counties and we needed buses for our annual student conference in Temecula. We needed to transport students from Riverside and Hemet, and had ordered too many buses. Up until three days before the conference, STA allowed us to cancel buses and only charged us for those we needed. For any school money is an issue - I greatly appreciate Chris Hubbell from STA working with us to stay within our tight budget. We will be contacting them for AL of our transportation needs!
