I have reached out and asked to be contacted multiple times via email, direct message on social media, her website online portal, her business app messenger, I've called and sent text messages to the number provided on her website. No contact has been made since providing my banking information to her for an ACH wire transfer. The email addresses she was emailing me from are now bouncing back saying they are no longer in service. The last email was sent with an undisclosed email address that you can't reply to. How can I contact your company if all of the contact information provided is invalid? When I send a comment on Instagram it is reported as spam on her page. What is most concerning is after reading about credit repair companies and the law it states a contract is supposed to be sent. No contracted was drafted and signed by me. No cancellation option was presented to me. My personal information was taken and her company sent correspondence to the credit bureaus on my behalf but did not disclose what documents were sent. I was instructed to upload documentation sent to me from my creditors and credit bureaus to Tiffany's online portal. I did this and no one has responded to me. Experian sent me an email stating that the information that was sent to them has to be personally sent in by me through their online portal if I want to dispute. I'm not able to reach Tiffany to let her know whatever documentation she is sending isn't being accepted. A fraud alert statement was placed on my credit files per Tiffany's request. There was no fraud activity. I am sincerely disappointed in her failure to communicate effectively with clients. She has my telephone number and email address there is simply no explanation for this. Sometimes says you have zero payment due, when I know I haven't made a payment, you call in, and they say no, you have no payment due at this time, ok, so an angel made the payment for me. Then the next month, being this month, all of a sudden I have two payments owed and they have the audacity to charge me late fees, when I called when it was time to make the payment and was told I owed no payment. Got so mad that decided to make a wholesome payment of everything owed and get rid of this nightmare. That payoff payment was made Saturday evening, as I am writing this is 7:30 pm on Monday and the payment still pending on their website. The payoff amount now (Monday) is 16 dollars higher than it was on Saturday night. They suddenly added more money to the payoff amount because they still haven't processed the payoff amount made. They are running a scam here!! DO NOT TAKE LOANS WITH THIS PEOPLE!!!! Btw, right this second I have been on the line waiting for 30 mins, I have been able to write this long review, edit it and still no one has come to the line. Customers are not a priority for them.
