I was looking for a contractor with the staff to handle all of these functions. Not easy to find. The results were outstanding, and frankly, better than I expected. Here are the highlights: Excellent staff, neat, clean, reliable, and hard-working. Management: Outstanding, professional oversight by management. All work was written in a contract. As needed, the contract was amended as we went along. Communication. This was extremely important to me. My communications with the owner and his on-site worker/supervisor and the administrator, were unique in that we all were always on the same page. To sum up. Bryan will be my 'go-to' contractor as I have future project needs, big or small.

After receiving the deposit and agreeing on a start date, he tried to reschedule at the last minute and later claimed illness, delaying work for nearly a week. When he did show up, he worked sporadically, often citing excuses like traffic, dead phones, car trouble, and eventually a family medical emergency. Despite several assurances, he made little progress and left key tasks undone, including unpainted trims, mismatched ceiling colors, and exposed outlets. Frustrated and disappointed, we ultimately decided to terminate Mr. Laflamme's services after he missed yet another scheduled workday without notice. Although we had paid most of the agreed amount and made efforts to accommodate him, Mr. Laflamme left our home in an incomplete and unsafe state. We expressed feeling especially let down, as we had treated him hospitably, including providing lunch and introducing him to our family. He took all the unused paint we paid for never provided us with the recipt(probaly to return and take the money) In the end, we had to host a family gathering in an unfinished home, which was both embarrassing and upsetting.
